Ucom-ը Ինտերնետ կառավարման հայաստանյան 9-րդ համաժողովի պլատինե գործընկերն է

Ucom-ը հանդես է եկել որպես Ինտերնետ կառավարման հայաստանյան 9-րդ համաժողովի (ArmIGF) պլատինե գործընկեր։ Միջոցառման նպատակն էր ինտերնետ կառավարման խնդիրների քննարկումը։ 

Համագործակցության շրջանակում, Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես է եկել համաժողովի բացման արարողությանը։

Այս տարի լրանում է .am դոմենի 30-ամյակը, ինչի կապակցությամբ «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ-ն համախմբել է պետական կառույցների, հասարակական ու բիզնես կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին, ինչպես նաև ինտերնետ կառավարման ոլորտի մասնագետներին։ Համաժողովը նպատակ ունի կարևորել ․am դոմենի նշանակությունը և ստեղծել քննարկման հարթակ՝ ինտերնետ կառավարման մարտահրավերները, առաջընթացն ու ապագա հնարավորությունները վերլուծելու համար։

«Ucom-ում մենք համոզված ենք, որ ինտերնետի անվտանգությունը անհրաժեշտություն է նոր թվային իրականության մեջ, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր օգտատեր պիտի հնարավորություն ունենա վստահորեն օգտվել իրեն առաջարկվող ծառայություններից։ Թվայնացումը շատ կարևոր է, սակայն այն ունի նաև որոշակի ռիսկեր, որոնց դիմակայելու համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ են ինչպես տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ, այնպես էլ համագործակցություն և պատասխանատվություն՝ ապահովելու օգտատերերի անվտանգությունն ու վստահությունը», – նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

«IGF-ի 9-րդ միջոցառումն անցկացնելով՝ համոզվել ենք, որ այս հարթակը լայն շրջանակների համար հիմք է ստեղծում ինտերնետ կառավարման խնդիրների քննարկման և համագործակցության համար։ Թվային զարգացման այս փուլում, երբ «Ինտերնետ հանրությունը» և Հայաստանի .am դոմենը նշում են իրենց 30-րդ տարեդարձը, ուրախությամբ արձանագրում ենք մի շարք ձեռքբերումներ, որոնք լայն հանրությանը կրթվելու, տնտեսական աճի և բարօրության հասնելու հնարավորություն են տվել։ Ժամանակն է նախանշելու հաջորդ տասնամյակների անելիքները», - նշեց «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ խորհրդի նախագահ Իգոր Մկրտումյանը։

Այս տարի համաժողովը կենտրոնացել է թվային գրագիտության զարգացման, նոր սերնդի տնտեսության և ենթակառուցվածքների ձևավորման և հասարակական և կառավարման համակարգերի անհրաժեշտ բարեփոխումների վրա։ Այս մոտեցմամբ՝ փոքր երկրները թվային դարաշրջանում ունեն զարգացման մեծ ներուժ, ինչը հաստատում է միջազգային փորձը։ 

Համաժողովում իրենց փորձով կիսվեցին առաջատար մասնագետներ ԱՄՆ-ից, Էստոնիայից, Նիդերլանդներից, Ռուսաստանից, Սերբիայից, Ուզբեկստանից և Վրաստանից։
