Նույն օրը նշված անձանց ձերբակալման իրավական հիմնավորվածության և նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթին առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի վերաբերյալ անհրաժեշտ պարզաբանումներ են պահանջվել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից:
 
Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 1-ին, Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ տեղեկություն է ստացվել այն մասին, որ ձերբակալված բոլոր 9 անձինք ազատ են արձակվել:
 
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում նախաձեռնված ուսումնասիրությունը շարունակվում է:
