«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, «Մաքուր երկաթ» գործարանի տնօրեն Կարեն Հակոբյանը 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ից գտնվում է անազատության մեջ: Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր Սարգիս Դադոյանի՝ Կարեն Հակոբյանին առավելագույն հնարավոր ժամկետով՝ երկու ամսով կալանավորելու, վերջինիս փաստաբանական թիմի որակմամբ, ակնհայտ անհիմն որոշման դեմ 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 24-ին մուտք է արվել հատուկ վերանայման բողոք:

Ուշագրավ է, որ մինչ օրս, այսինքն՝ 7 օր անց, առկա չէ ներկայացված վերաքննիչ բողոքի պատշաճ ընթացքը: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում Հակոբյանի փաստաբանները ուշադրություն են հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ նշված քրեական վարույթի մի շարք հանգամանքներ հրապարակային եղանակով քանիցս ներկայացվել են, այդ թվում՝ ամիսներ առաջ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության միջոցով, և, չնայած այդ ամենին, գործարար Կարեն Հակոբյանը մշտապես հասանելի է եղել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, մշտապես դրսևորել է պատշաճ վարքագիծ: Ըստ փաստաբանների, նշված հանգամանքներն ինքնին կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելը բացառելու հիմքեր են: Ավելին, գործարարի առնչությունը իրեն վերագրվող ենթադրյալ արարքին չի հաստատվում որևէ տվյալով, որ ներկայացվել է պաշտպանության կողմին: Մյուս կողմից՝ մասնավոր ընկերության կորպորատիվ գործունեության քրեականացման տարրերը խիստ վտանգավոր են:

Չնայած նշված հանգամանքներին, նույնիսկ այն պայմաններում, որ ներկայացվել էր նաև կալանքին որպես այլընտրանք մի շարք խափանման միջոցների միաժամանակյա և համակցված կիրառելու միջնորդություն, դրանք անտեսվել էին դատարանի կողմից: Փաստաբանները նշում են, որ ներկայացված և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքների, հիմնավորումների վերաբերյալ հստակ դիրքորոշումները ներկայացվել են վերաքննիչ ատյանին, որոնց վերաբերյալ խոստանում են առաջիկայում տրամադրել հավել յալ տեղեկություն:
