Մեզանում նորություն չէ, որ շարունակվում է հասարակության տարանջատումը տարբեր բևեռների։ Այս գործընթացը սկսվեց նրանից, երբ գործող իշխանությունները իրենց քաղաքականության հիմնական հենսայուներից մեկը դարձրին հանրությանը սևերի ու սպիտակների բաժանելու գործելակերպը։

Եվ ահա, տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ երկրի հանրային և քաղաքական կյանքում ատելությունն ու թշնամանքը գերիշխում են։ Իսկ իշխանությունների այս գործելակերպը որոշակի արդյունքներ ունենում է, քանի որ սրանով նրանք փորձում են ուղղորդել հանրության ներքին դժգոհությունները իրենց ցանկալի ուղղությամբ։

Եվ այս առումով պատահական չէ, որ իշխանությունները ամեն մի լուրջ թեմայի շուրջ քննարկումների ընթացքում հարցը տեղափոխում են ներկայի և նախկինի հակադրության դաշտ՝ դրանով սևացնելով անցյալը։ Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այս անառողջ մթնոլորտում նախկին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, տևական ժամանակ լռություն պահպանելով, փորձում էր հեռու մնալ այս արհեստական դիսկուրսից։

Այնուամենայնիվ, քաղաքացիներն այսօր ականատես են լինում, թե ինչպես է օրեցօր վատթարանում երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը, իսկ համավարակի դեմ պայքարը մեծ հաշվով ձախողվել է, և իշխանությունների կողմից ամեն ինչ անցյալի վրա գցելու գործելակերպը սկսել է չաշխատել։

Թերևս առկա իրավիճակը պայմաններ ստեղծեց, որպեսզի երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանդես գա հանրությանն ուղղված տեսուղերձներով։ Եվ այս առումով երրորդ նախագահի խոսքում շատ հետաքրքիր մեսիջեր կային։

Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր խոսքում ընդգծեց, որ չի կարող վերադարձ լինել անցյալին։ Այսինքն՝ սրանով վերջինս փորձում է հանրությանը հասկացնել, որ գործող իշխանություների այն թեզը, որ եթե իրենք հեռանան, ապա կգան նախկիններն ու նախկին վիճակը կվերականգնվի, արհեստական է, և անցյալին իր դրսեւորումներով վերադարձ չի լինելու։

Սարգսյանը փաստացի կարևորեց անցյալի սխալներից եւ թերություններից հետևություններ անելու անհրաժեշտությունը, քանի որ առանց անցյալը ճիշտ պատկերացնելու անհնար է հասնել լավ ապագայի: Եվ ընդհանրապես, անցյալը մերժելով՝ չենք կարող արդյունքներ ունենալ, իսկ նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմությունը չի կարող սկսվել 2018 թվականի ապրիլից։


Երրորդ նախագահի մյուս կարևոր ուղերձը վերաբերվում էր եղած ռեսուրսները կենտրոնացնելուն և հանրությանը, բոլոր կարող ուժերին ու անհատներին համախմբելու անհրաժշտությանը։ Ներկայումս հասարակական և քաղաքական շրջանակների հատկապես իշխանական ու իշխանամերձ շրջանակների կողմից հանրությանը համախմբելու անհրաժշետությունը չի դիտարկվում առաջնահերթությունների շարքում, նրանք փորձում են միայն սեփական նեղ շահերն առաջ տանել։

Եվ հասարակությանը, բոլոր կարող ուժերին ու անհատներին համախմբելու օրակարգով երրորդ նախագահ Սարգսյանը կարծես թե նոր թարմություն է բերում ատելության մթնոլորտի գերին դարձած քաղաքական դաշտի համար։ Իսկ սա հուշում է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ու նրա գլխավորած կուսակցությանը մենք, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, առաջիկայում տեսնելու ենք ակտիվ քաղաքական զարգացումների կիզակետում։
