«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մինչ այստեղ-այնտեղ առանց մեզ «պայմանավորվում» են մեզ վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ, մինչ ադրբեջանցի միանգամից երկու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա նորից Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը համարել են նախապայման խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու համար, Փաշինյանը զբաղված է հեծանիվ քշելով ու տասներորդական հարցերով: Մի խոսքով՝ հասարակության մի որոշակի շերտին զբաղեցնելով, կամ, ինչպես ասում են, «լապշա կախելով»: Ի մասնավորի՝ երեկ ևս, այսպես ասենք, նա էլի իրականությունից փախչելու նշաններ էր դրսևորել՝ գրառում անելով... Ակադեմիական քաղաքի մասին:

Թե բա՝ «Ակադեմիական քաղաքի Մաստեր-պլանը պատրաստ է»: Ավելին, Փաշինյանը թեթևակի «սպառնացել» է նաև, թե առաջիկայում տարբեր առիթներով էլի այս իդեա-ֆիքսին կանդրադառնա, այսինքն՝ Ակադեմիական քաղաքի նախագծի մասին նորանոր մանրամասնություններ կներկայացնի:

Դեռ մի կողմ թողնենք այն, որ այդ «սուպեր-նախագիծը» աբսուրդի ժանրից է, ավելին՝ շատ մասնագետներ դա համարում են պարզապես արկածախնդրություն: Նմանապես, մի կողմ դնենք այն, որ շատ հեռավոր... հեռանկարի մասին է խոսքը: Դե, այդպես, մի յոթից տասը տարվա, ինչպես իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն էին ասում: Այստեղ այլ՝ ոչ պակաս էական հարցեր կան: Ակադեմիական քաղաքի շուրջ այս աղմուկը մեկ անգամ ևս գալիս է ապացուցելու, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանախումբը ինտենսիվ պատրաստվում են ընտրությունների և նմանօրինակ «լապշաներ» (եթե կուզեք՝ արիշտա) են կախում նրանց ականջներից, ովքեր սիրում են իրենց ունկերին նման փաշինյանական մակարոնեղեն կրել: Երկրորդ և ամենից կարևոր հանգամանքը. ախր, տիկնայք ու պարոնայք իշխանավորներ, դուք անգամ մետրոյի մեկ կայարան չեք կարողանում սարքել, դուք, ախր, անգամ նորմալ ասֆալտապատում չեք կարողանում անել, ինչ էլ անում եք՝ կիսատպռատ, անորակ, դուք անգամ ջրհեղեղից վնասված կամուրջները չեք կարողանում գոնե մասամբ վերականգնել, դուք ինչին ձեռք եք տալիս, միայն ավերում եք: Հիմա եկել, ինչ-որ գերնախագծի մասին եք խոսո՞ւմ:

Թեպետ, նրանց էլ կարելի է հասկանալ. իրենք էլ գիտեն, որ Ակադեմիական քաղաքը Փաշինյանն ու իր քպական իշխանությունը չեն կառուցելու: Իրենց ակնհայտորեն քիչ է մնացել, այսինքն, ֆիզիկապես չեն էլ հասցնի մաքսիմում երկու տարում ավարտել, եթե նույնիսկ ի վիճակի լինեն: Եվ մեծ հարց է՝ հաջորդ իշխանությունները կցանկանա՞ն այդ փորձանք-նախագիծը կառուցել, թե՞ այդ ամբողջ ծրագրից միայն Փաշինյանի հրապարակած «սիրուն նկարներն» են մնալու...
