Տնտեսագետ Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Կարծում եմ՝ ՀՀ կառավարող ընտանիքի լոբի մաքրելու, ճաշ եփելու, հեծանիվ քշելու տիկտոկյան ապուշ վիդեոները ոչ մեկի ոչ շեղում են և ոչ էլ հեռացնում այն թանձր ավտորիտարիզմի ընկալումից, որն առկա է երկրում։ Ինչ-որ մի բռնապետի և կնոջ թերուս հեծանվային զբոսանքի համար մի քանի ժամով երկրի գլխավոր միջպետական ճանապարհը փակելու հրահանգն արդեն վկայում է, որ այս պարտված, մազից կախված երկրում կա շատ լուրջ վտանգ, որը սաստկանում է օրեցոր։

Այս ամենը կարծես կրկնում է իսպանական ժողովրդի դահիճ կաուդիլիո Ֆրանկոյի կյանքի ուղին և կառավարման վարքագիծը։ Ի դեպ, կառավարման ձևն ու ֆրանկիստական համակարգն ունեցել են վառ արտահայտված անձնային բնույթ, այսինքն ՝ ավելի շատ որոշվել է բռնապետի անձով, քան ինչ-որ որոշակի գաղափարախոսությամբ։ Ֆրանկոյի օրոք Իսպանիայում չի եղել կոդիֆիկացված Սահմանադրություն, գործել են միայն նրա կողմից հրապարակված որոշակի հիմնական օրենքներ, որոնք ունեցել են սահմանադրական կարգավիճակ։ Պետության բոլոր նշանակալի պաշտոններին, ընդհուպ մինչև պրովինցիաների մակարդակ , Ֆրանկոն նշանակել է մարդկանց, որոնց հետ նրան կապել էին անձնական հավատարմագրային հարաբերությունները։ Ֆրանկիստական վերնախավի կարծիքով՝ ֆրանկիզմն իր լեգիտիմացումն ստացել է Քաղաքացիական պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակով, որը դիտարկվել է ոչ միայն որպես իր աշխարհայացքի հաղթանակ, այլև որպես իսպանական և եվրոպական քաղաքակրթության և մշակույթի պաշտպանություն։

Ներկա ՔՊ-ական Հայաստանում կեղծ հեղափոխական ջոջերի ցինիզմը ևս հիմնված է նրանց այն համոզմունքի վրա, որ իրենք լեգիտիմացվել են նախկինների դեմ տարած հաղթանակով։
Վեց տարիներ անց բոլորն են հասկացել արդեն, որ ոչ մի հաղթանակ էլ չի եղել, այլ եղել է իշխանափոխանցման հրահանգ, որը տրվել է արևմտյան ճնշման տակ կքած ՀՀ նախկին ղեկավարի կողմից։ Ակնհայտ է , որ ՔՊ բռնապետը և խմբակը ներկայումս կանգնած են լրջագույն խնդիրների առջև։ Անցնող տարիները փոշիացրել են դրանց խմբակի գաղափարազուրկ հիմքը և խոշոր հաշվով չկա ասելիք, չկա զարգացման տրենդ, չկա միջազգային որևէ նախագծի անդամակցում, չկա գիտական, ուղեղային, տեխնոկրատ ընդգրկում։ Քպ խմբակը պարզապես ճոճվող նավակ է, որ լող է տալիս անգրագիտության, գաղափարազուրկ ունայնության, տոտալ մերժվածության ալիքների և տիկտոկյան հիմարության փոսի մեջ։

Ինչո՞վ է սա ավարտվելու: Ցավալի է, բայց պետք է վկայել , որ արդեն հիմա անհրաժեշտ է փորձել կանգնեցնել դրանց նոր քայլերը, հատկապես արտաքին պարտքերի գեներացման իմաստով։ ՀՀ ընդդիմադիր հատվածը պետք է ակտիվ կերպով ներգրավվի նոր վարկեր ստանալու գործընթացի կասեցմանը։ Արդեն իսկ վեց տարվա կրկնապատկված արտաքին պարտքի մակարդակը ՔՊ ապիկարների թեթև ձեռքով շուտով ավելանալու է ևս կես մլրդ դոլարով։ Պարտքի տակ կքած պետությունը խրվում է, կորցնում ինքնիշխան բնույթը, դառնում արտաքին կառավարման օբյեկտ։ Այս իմաստով մեծ անելիք ունի դեռևս խորհրդարանում գտնվող այսպես կոչված ընդդիմությունը, որոնց միակ լավությունն այս պահին կլինի բոլոր վարկային ծրագրերի տապալումը, քանի որ ներգրավված ամեն դոլարը, եվրոն մոտեցնում են մեր պետության վախճանը։
