Արցախցի երիտասարդի կալանքը երկրորդ փորձից էլ ձախողվեց

Դատարանը մերժել է արցախցի Արամ Երիցյանի՝ փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանի եղբորը կալանավորելու երկրորդ միջնորդությունը։ Պարեկներն անցած շաբաթ ձերբակալել, դաժանաբար ծեծել էին Արամ Երիցյանին, երեք օր պահել մեկուսարանում՝ մարմնական վնասվածքներով։

Ըստ փաստաբանի եղբոր, նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն էր գործադրվել արցախցի լինելու համար։ Դատարանը ոչ իրավաչափ էր գնահատել ձերբակալությունը և ազատ էր արձակել Արամ Երիցյանին, բայց քննչական կոմիտեն կրկին ձերբակալել էր նրան ու կալանքի միջնորդություն ներկայացրել։

Երկրորդ փորձն էլ ձախողվել էր։ Արամ Երիցյանը մեղադրվում է ոստիկանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար, այս հոդվածով 2-5 տարվա ազատազրկում է նախատեսվում։ Գործող իշխանությունների և նրա խամաճիկ իրավապահ համակարգի վերաբերմունքը արցախցիների նկատմամբ գաղտնիք չէ։

Հատկապես թիրախի տակ են ակտիվ ընդդիմադիր կեցվածք ունեցող անձինք, որոնք չեն համակերպվում Արցախի հանձնման հետ, ակտիվորեն մասնակցում են ընդդիմության գործողություններին։ Լավ է, որ դեռ կան դատավորներ, որոնք իշխանության քմահաճույքով չեն շարժվում, այլ՝ բացառապես օրենքով։ Առաջիկայում, երբ ընդդիմությունը վերսկսի բողոքի գործողությունները՝ արցախցիների նկատմամբ իշխանությունների բռնաճնշումները սաստկանալու են։ Փաշինյանական վարչախումբն առանձնակի ատելություն և վախ ունի մի քանի հազար կազմակերպված և անզիջում արցախցիներից։
