Ինչո՞ւ ռուս սահմանապահներին հեռացրին «Զվարթնոց»-ից

Ռուս սահմանապահները երեկ ավարտել են իրենց ծառայությունը Հայաստանի «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում։ Ռուսաստանի սահմանապահ ծառայության ներկայացուցիչները հրաժեշտի պաշտոնական արարողության ժամանակ ռուս սահմանապահներին շնորհակալություն են հայտնել անթերի աշխատանքի համար ու նշել, որ նրանք արժանապատվորեն են կատարել իրենց պարտականությունները։

Դեռ ամիսներ առաջ՝ մարտի 12-ին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, անդրադառնալով «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից ռուսներին հանելու մասին քննարկումներին, հայտարարել էր, որ օգոստոսի 1-ից ռուս սահմանապահները դուրս կգան «Զվարթնոց»-ից ու Հայաստանն այստեղ ինքնուրույն կիրականացնի ծառայությունը։

Վարչապետն ասել էր, որ Հայաստանի սահմանապահ զորքերը նամակով դիմել են ՀՀ-ում Ռուսաստանի սահմանապահ զորքերին, շնորհակալություն են հայտնել «Զվարթնոց»-ում ծառայություն իրականացնելու համար։ Հաղորդվել էր նաև, որ ռուս սահմանապահները դուրս կգան Հայաստանի մի շարք մարզերից, բայց կմնան հայ-թուրքական և հայ-իրանական սահմանին։

Համաձայնությունը ձեռք էր բերվել վարչապետ Փաշինյանի ու նախագահ Պուտինի միջև մայիսի 8-ին Կրեմլում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց արևմտամետ սպասարկուները փորձում են «Զվարթնոց»-ից ռուս սահմանապահների հեռացումը մեծ հաղթանակ ներկայացնել։

Ըստ էության, «Զվարթնոցը» ռուսական ներկայությունից ազատել են մեն-մի նպատակով, որպեսզի չկարողանան ֆիքսել, թե ովքեր են ժամանում Հայաստան։ Մասնավորապես, վերջին շրջանում ակտիվացել են արևմտյան հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցների այցերը, նաև որոշ ապրանքներ են բերվում, ուստի Արևմուտքն ինքն էր պայման դրել ազատել օդանավակայանը ռուսական ներկայությունից։

Հայ-թուրքական և հայ-իրանական սահմանից ռուս սահմանապահներին հեռացնելը ևս իշխանությունների օրակարգում է, բայց դրա համար հարկավոր է լուծել հայ-ռուսական համապատասխան միջպետական պայմանագրերը։ Առայժմ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբը նման համարձակություն չի ցուցաբերում։
