Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հուլիսի 12-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։

Ժամը 18։15-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Տավուշի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկներ Մելքումյանի և Ամիրխանյանի ուղեկցությամբ ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին է ներկայացել ՌԴ քաղաքացուհի 26-ամյա Ռ․ Ա․-ն և հայտնել, որ նույն օրը ժամը 16։30-ի սահմաններում Բերդ քաղաքի «Դավիթ Բեկ» սուպերմարկետի դիմացից, շփոթելով իր պատվիրած տաքսին, նստել է մեկ այլ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա՝ Վարագավան բնակավայր գնալու նպատակով, սակայն ճանապարհին վարորդը, ում ինքը չի ճանաչում, երթևեկության ժամանակ իրեն առաջարկել է տեղափոխվել առջևի նստատեղին, նաև առաջարկել է երեկոյան հանդիպել և զվարճանալ, սակայն ինքը մերժել է և քանի որ իր հագին եղել է կարճ շրջազգեստ, վարորդը սկսել է ձեռքով շոյել իր ոտքերը, որին ինքը դիմադրել է, որից հետո վարորդը շեղվել է ճանապարհից դեպի անտառ՝ շարունակելով ոտքերը շոյել և այդ ժամանակ ինքը դուրս է նետվել ավտոմեքենայից և փախել, քանի որ վարորդը ցանկացել է իրեն բռնաբարել:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները, ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ ստացված տվյալներն իրացնելով, պարզել են, որ Ռ. Ա․-ն Բերդ համայնքի «Դավիթ Բեկ» սուպերմարկետի դիմացից նույն օրը ժամը 16։30-ի սահմաններում նստել է Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 38-ամյա Ա․ Ք․-ի վարած ավտոմեքենան։

Վերջինս էլ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել Ռ. Ա․-ի նկատմամբ:

Ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՊԾ Տավուշի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, նույն օրը Ա․ Ք․-ն հայտնաբերվել և նշված ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնում ձևակերպվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք և Ա․ Ք․-ն ներկայացվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Բերդի քննչական բաժին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
