  • IDBank-ի Պրեմիում բանկային ծառայությունը գործում է արդեն 7 տարի, և այս ընթացքում մեծ զարգացում է ապրել։ Եկեք սկսենք սկզբից․ ինչպե՞ս ստեղծվեց ծառայությունն ու ի՞նչ նպատակ էր դրված։

Արդեն շուրջ 7 տարի է, ինչ շուկային ենք ներկայացել «անհատական ծառայությունների քո փաթեթը» խորագրով, որի հնարավորությունները շարունակաբար ընդլայնելով՝ այսօր մեր հաճախորդներին առաջարկում ենք իրապես անհատականացված ծառայություններ՝ դրանք համապատասխանեցնելով հաճախորդի պահանջներին։

Մենք միշտ ձգտում ենք արդարացնել հաճախորդների սպասելիքները, և կարևոր է, որ հաճախորդը վստահի մեզ։

Երբ աշխատում ես լոյալ հաճախորդ ունենալու ակնկալիքով, շատ ավելի լավ ես հասկանում հաճախորդի ու վերջինիս համար իրական գործընկեր լինելու կարևորությունը, ուստի կատարելագործելով պրեմիում հաճախորդներին մատուցվող մեր ծառայությունները՝ մշտապես փորձում ենք նախ այդ ծառայությանը նայել հաճախորդի աչքերով և այն հարմարեցնել հենց հաճախորդի ակնկալիքներին։

  • Առաջինը Հայաստանում IDBank-ը ներկայացրեց Visa Signature քարտը, իսկ նախորդ տարվա աշնանը՝ կրկին առաջինը Հայաստանում՝ Visa Infinite Special Edition քարտը։ Պրեմիում ծառայությունների շարքում ի՞նչ այլ ծառայություններ են կարևորվում, և ի՞նչն է առավել հետաքրքրում հաճախորդներին։
