Հուլիսի 22-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Առավոտյան  08։40-ի սահմաններում Գավառ քաղաքի թիվ 3 մանկապարտեզի ճանապարհին թափառող շունը -հարձակվել և վնասվածքներ է հասցրել 6-ամյա աղջկան։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երեխան վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Գավառ» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 24-ին, SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում երեխայի հայրը՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Զորո Հովհաննիսյանը ասաց․ «Երկուշաբթի առավոտյան 6 տարեկան աղջիկ երեխայիս մեծ քույրը, ով 10 տարեկան է և  եղբայրը, ով 12 տարեկան է թիվ 3 պարտեզ ուղեկցելիս են եղել, երբ պարտեզին մոտ տարածքում, էլեկտրոցանցի մոտ թափառող շունը հարձակվել է 6 տարեկան աղջկաս վրա և վնասվածքներ պատճառել։ Մեծ քույրն ու եղբայրը հազիվ են հասցրել քարերով վախեցնել շանը և իրենց քրոջը շան ձեռքից ազատել ու ամբողջովին արյունոտված տուն հասցնել։ Մենք էլ տարանք հիվանդանոց, մի քանի կար դրեցին ու տուն ճանապարհեցին։ Դիմել ենք Գավառի համայնքապետարան, մարզպետարան, բայց բոլորը ասում են, որ իրենք իրավասություն չունեն, պետք է դիմենք Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարություն։ Սա գյուղում ցավոք առաջին դեպքը չէ։ Արդեն որերոդ անգամն է, որ թափառող շունը հարձակվում է մարդկանց վրա։ Հարևան գյուղերում էլ նման դեպքեր հաճախակի են հանդիպում։ Մենք դիմում ենք Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարություն, որպեսզի քայլեր ձեռնարկեն և վերջնականապես լուծեն այս հարցը։ Չենք ասում սպանեն շներին, այլ կարող են հավաքել և մի տեղ պահել։ Եթե այս անգամ դեպքը նման ավարտ ունեցավ, մյուս անգամ չենք  կարող ասել ինչ ելք կունենա»։
