Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Երեկ Հայաստանում կառավարող կապիտուլացիոն վարչախումբը իր հերթական կամայական և հակաժողովրդական որոշմամբ փորձեց չեղարկել "Հայոց պատմություն" դպրոցական առարկան։ Ակնհայտորեն, դա իրենց պատվիրատուի հերթական քմհաճույքն է, որն իրենք փորձում են իրականացնել՝ ի հեճուկս մեր ժողովրդի համառ դիմադրության։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ չնայած վարչախմբի հուսահատ ճիգերին, հայ հանրությունը միարժեք մերժել էլ այս նախագիծը՝ մոտ 12,000 քաղաքացի Դեմ են քվեարկել նախագծին Արդարադատության նախարարության պաշտոնական հարթակում, և նրա տակ 500-ին հասնող հիմնավոր Դեմ արձագանք թողել, որը պարտավորեցնող բնույթ ունի նախագծի հեղինակների համար։ Ավելին, բազմաթիվ պատմաբան գիտնականներ և մանկավարժներ ևս միարժեք Դեմ արտահայտվեցին այս նախաձեռնությանը։ Նախագծի հիմնական ջատագով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ստիպված եղավ իր վրա վերցնել ողջ պատասխանատվությունը այն Կառավարության նիստում հաստատելու համար, փաստացի չթաքցնելով, որ թերևս Ալիևի հերթական պատվերն է կատարում։
Մեր «Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը առաջին օրվանից սկզբունքային դիրքորոշում է ստանձնել այս հարցում՝ հետևողականորեն պայքարելով ներկայացված նախագծի դեմ, և հիմա էլ շարունակելու է իր պայքարը, որպեսզի "Հայոց պատմությունը" վերադառնա մեր դպրոցները, և նրանով դաստիարակվեն մեր երեխաները։
Այժմ արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ դրա ճանապարհը անցնում է մեր երկիրը կապիտուլացիոն վարչախմբից ազատելու միջոցով, ուստի մենք ջանք չենք խնայելու՝ այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար։ Մեր երեխաները դաստիարակվելու են մեր Հայոց պատմությամբ, ապրելու են մեր Հայոց երկրում, մեր Հայկական արժեքներով, իսկ բոլորը, ովքեր փորձում են այդ ամբողջը մեզնից խլել, ուղարկվելու են պատմության աղբանոց։
