SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հունիսի 25-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ ՀՀ Ներիքն գործերի նախարարության Պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության ոստիկանության Արտաշատի պահպանության բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ նույն օրը ժամը 12։45-ի սահմաններում Արտաշատ քաղաքի Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցում գործող «Արդշինբանկ» երկրորդ մասնաճյուղում ծառայություն կատարելու ժամանակ ոստիկանը ձայներից մոտեցել է  բանկի մուտքի դռանը և տեսել է, որ երկու անծանոթ երիտասարդներ հայհոյանքներ տալով վազում են մեկ անծանոթ երիտասարդի հետևից և բանկի վերջնամաս հասնելով փախչող երիտասարդը պայուսակից հանում է ատրճանակ և երեք անգամ կրակոց  արձակում իր հետևից վազող այդ երկու երիտասարդների ուղղությամբ, որից հետո էլ կրակոց արձակած երիտասարդը շարունակում է վազել դեպի Արտաշատ քաղաքի Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցով՝ «Իդեալ» շինանյութի խանութի ուղղությամբ, իսկ մյուս երկու երիտասարդներից մեկը, ում դեմքի շրջանում եղել է վնասվածք,  անցնելով փողոցի դիմացի հատված, նստել է սև գույնի «Toyota Camry» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին և Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցից վարելով ավտոմեքենան դեպի Աթարբեկյան փողոց՝ Երևան-Երասխ մայրուղու ուղղությամբ, հեռացել է դեպքի վայրից:    

Ժամը 13։35-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արարատի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկներից հայտնել են, որ Արտաշատ քաղաքի Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցում նկատել են մի խումբ անձանց, իրենց հարցին թե ինչ է պատահել, վերջիններս պատասխանել են, որ նախնական տեղեկություններով «Toyota Camry» ավտոմեքենայից կրակել են «ՎԱԶ 2121» ավոտմեքենայի ուղղությամբ և հեռացել:

Ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելիս պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 12։40-ի սահմաններում, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 16-ամյա Արման Թ․-ն  և 18-ամյա Ալեքս Ա․-ն Արտաշատ քաղաքի Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցում վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, որից հետո Արման Թ․-ն, հասնելով Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցում գտնվող «Արդշինբանկի» երկրորդ մասնաճյուղի մոտ, իր մոտ եղած օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակով մի քանի անգամ կրակոց է արձակել Ալեքս Ա․-ի ուղղությամբ:

Ոստիկանությունում ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ Արման Թ․-ին, Ալեքս Ա․-ին և օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
