«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին «կարկառուն» քպականներից մեկը առաջարկել է ձևավորել ուսանողական կամավոր ջոկատներ, որոնք դիրքերում կմասնակցեն որոշակի ինժեներական աշխատանքների: Ավելին, պաշտպանության ու ԿԳՄՍ նախարարները հավանության են արժանացրել սույն «դարակազմիկ» առաջարկություն-նախաձեռնությունը: Գիտե՞ք, սա արդեն ոչ մի կերպ ծիծաղելի չէ: Տեսեք, տեխնածին աղետ է լինում (առևտրի կենտրոն է պայթում), փլատակները մաքրելու կամ փլվածքների տակ մնացած մարդկանց փրկելու համար կամավորական ջոկատներ են կազմվում: Պետությունը ներկայանում է, երբ պետք է փիարվել, նկարվել փլատակների ֆոնի վրա և այլն: Պատերա՞զմ է, բնականաբար, կամավորական ջոկատներ են կազմվում, ուղարկվում մահվան բերան:

Իշխանությունը, ի դեմս՝ քպականների, նրանց սրտի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, մնացած «փաշինյանների», հայտնվում է այն ժամանակ, երբ պետք է մեղավորներ «նշանակել», ներքին ատելություն ու թշնամանք տարածել, «քաղաքացու վրեժի» մասին ինչ-որ բաներ բացականչել: Ջրհեղե՞ղ է: Դե, արդեն երևի չարժե մանրամասնել, որ հետևանքները վերացնելու համար կազմվում են կամավորական ջոկատներ: Հիմա, ուրեմն, դիրքերի ինչ-որ ինժեներական աշխատանքների համար խիստ անհրաժեշտ են կամավորական ուսանողական ջոկատներ, այդ թվում՝ աղջիկների ներգրավմամբ: Կամավորականությունն ինքնին վատ բան չէ, ավելին՝ ողջ աշխարհում ընդունված բան է: Բայց... Այստեղ նորից նույն հարցն է առաջանում, ինչին առիթ ունեցել ենք անդրադառնալ:

Իսկ ինչի՞ համար են կարմրաբերետ, սևաբերետ, մեղմ ասած՝ կերած-խմած, ուսանողի իրանի հաստության պարանոց ունեցող նման հազարավորները: Էհ, նրանց ուղարկեք ինժեներական աշխատանքներ կատարելու: Միևնույնն է, գոնե այս պահին ո՛չ միտինգ կա, ո՛չ պատգամավորի վրա 30-40 հոգով հարձակվելու կարիք կա, ո՛չ հայ մարդկանց խոշտանգելու, դեռահաս ծեծելու, ո՛չ տարեց մարդու հոշոտելու, ո՛չ էլ կանանց ու աղջիկների վրա նռնակներ նետելու: Կամ գուցե կամավորներ հավաքեք քպական պատգամավորների՞ց: Միևնույնն է, նրանցից որևէ օգուտ չկա, վնասից բացի: Համ էլ արձակուրդում են: Թե չէ ստացվում է, իշխանավորները, ուրեմն, պարգևավճարներ ստանան, պետական միջոցները մսխեն, իրենք ոստիկանական «պատերի» ետևում պատսպարված՝ պետության տարածքները նվիրեն թշնամուն, իսկ խրամատը փորի կամավոր ուսանող-ուսանողուհի՞ն: Ձեռնտու տարբերակ, ավելի ճիշտ՝ պոպուլիզմ է, ինչ խոսք...
