Կառավարությունը 11 երիտասարդի ազատեց պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից

Մեկնարկել է այս տարվա ամառային զորակոչը, որի հետ մեկտեղ կառավարությունը որոշումներ է հրապարակել՝ 11 անձի ազատելով պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից։

Համաձայն առաջին որոշման, ծառայությունից ազատվում է ծանրամարտի ազգային հավաքականի անդամ, Եվրոպայի առաջնությունների բազմակի մրցանակակիր, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջազգային կարգի սպորտի վարպետ Արսեն Գևորգի Մարտիրոսյանը։ Վերջինս կառավարության 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ի № 1221-Ա որոշմամբ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետում է ստացել մինչև 2024 թվականի ամառային զորակոչը։ Տարկետումը ստանալուց հետո՝ նոր նվաճումներ է ունեցել՝ այդ թվում՝ ծանրամարտի  Եվրոպայի 2022 թվականի առաջնության 3-րդ մրցանակակիր է դարձել, ինչն էլ հաշվի առնելով կառավարության մոտ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից Մարտիրոսյանին ազատելու։

Երկրորդ որոշումով Նավասարդ Կամոյի Հակոբյանն է ազատվել պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից։ Այս անգամ ծառայությունից ազատվողը արտիստ է՝ «Վոկալ արվեստ՝ ակադեմիական երգեցողություն» մասնագիտացմամբ։ Նա նույնպես կառավարության 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 6-ի N 1300-Ա և 2022 թվականի հունիսի 17-ի N 888-Ա որոշումների համաձայն ստացել է տարկետում: Հիմա էլ առաջարկում են Նավասարդ Հակոբյանին ազատել պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից։

Երրորդ որոշումով ծառայությունից ազատվել են միանգամից 9 անձ՝ Վալտեր Տիգրանի Բերբերյան, Արմեն Սամվելի Ավետիսյան, Վարուժան Տիգրանի Յափուջյան, Գարիկ Լևոնի Ադամյան, Արթուր Գագիկի Լալայան, Արշակ Աշոտի Ներսիսյան, Վահե Ոսկանի Պողոսյան, Վարդազար Խորենի Քոթանջյան, Հրանտ Արմենի Թոփչյան։ Ըստ կառավարության՝ որոշման նախագծի ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է  նրանց  գիտական գործունեության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված գիտելիքների  ընդլայնմամբ, և նոր գիտե­լիք­ների ստացմանն ու կիրառմանն ուղղված մտավոր ստեղծագործական գործունեու­թյունը շարունակելու հնարավորության ընձեռնմամբ։
