Երեկ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ ղեկավար Զաքիր Հասանովը հարցազրույց է տվել, որի որոշ հետաքրքիր ու կարևոր հատվածներ մաս-մաս կներկայացնեմ այստեղ։ Այս մասին գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը․

«Այսպես, նա ասել է․ «Խոսելով մեր ռազմական համագործակցության մասին՝ մենք առաջին հերթին նշում ենք եղբայրական Թուրքիային։ Դուք միանգամայն ճիշտ նկատեցիք, որ Շուշայի հռչակագրի համաձայն, մենք դաշնակիցներ ենք, երկու բանակների ինտեգրումը բարձր մակարդակի վրա է ոչ միայն կրթության և վերապատրաստման, այլ բոլոր ոլորտներում։ Նույնիսկ մեր կառավարման կետերը կապված են միմյանց հետ։ Մենք համատեղ գործունեություն ենք ծավալում։ Մեր հարգարժան պարոն նախագահը մի հայտնի խոսք ունի՝ «Մեկ ազգ, երկու պետություն և մեկ բռունցք»։ 

Կան ուսուցման տեսակներ ինչպես կրթության, այնպես էլ վերապատրաստման ոլորտում: Ինչպես գիտեք, փորձի փոխանակում է կատարվում, մեծ աշխատանք է տարվում ռազմարդյունաբերության ոլորտում։ Շուտով, պարոն նախագահի ընդունած որոշման հիման վրա, Ադրբեջանում կկազմակերպվի նաև ամենաժամանակակից սպառազինության և տեխնիկայի կամ դրանց մասերի արտադրություն։ Հատկապես ուզում եմ նշել, որ ուրախալի է, որ եղբայրական Թուրքիայի ռազմական արդյունաբերությունը սրընթաց զարգանում է։ Խոսքը ոչ միայն «Բայրաքթարի», «Ակընջիի» մասին է, այլ հարցեր էլ կան։ Պետք է ասեմ, որ, մասնավորապես, վերջին տարիներին Թուրքիայի ռազմական արդյունաբերությունը մեծ զարգացում է ապրել։ Բնականաբար, Ադրբեջանը նույնպես օգտվում է դրանից։ Այս ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են բարձր տեմպերով»։

Այստեղ, Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը փաստացի ևս մեկ անգամ խոստովանում է, որ բանակների կառավարումն իրագործվում է համատեղ, բնական է չէ՞, որ ադրբեջանական բանակի ղեկավարությունը չի իրականացնում թուրքականի ղեկավարումը, այլ հենց թուրքական կողմն է կառավարում ադրբեջանական բանակը։ Սա արդեն ակնհայտ է 2020 թվականի արցախյան պատերազմից սկսած։ Ադրբեջանի բանակի կառավարումն իրականացրել է թուրքական կողմը։ Կան նաև հստակ անուններ, որոնցից մեկը թուրքական բանակի գեներալ գնդապետ Բախտիյար Էրսայն է, որը նշանակվել է Հասանովի խորհրդական, իրականում Հասանովը որևէ դերակատարում չունի, բանակի ղեկավարումը հենց Էրսայի ձեռքում է»։
