«Caucasus Heritage Watch»-ի կողմից հրապարակված հայկական մշակութային վայրերի մասին վերջին զեկույցը ցույց է տալիս, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում Ադրբեջանի թիրախում հայտնված մշակութային ժառանգության ավերածությունների թիվը 2023 թվականի աշնանից ի վեր աճել է 75%-ով:

 «Caucasus Heritage Watch»-ի զեկույցում նշվում է, որ վավերացնելով փորձագետների նախազգուշացումները Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման մասին՝ «Caucasus Heritage Watch»-ի նոր զեկույցը հաստատում է 75%-ով ավերված վայրերի աճը ողջ տարածաշրջանում՝ անցյալ տարի նրա բնիկ էթնիկ հայ բնակչության զանգվածային տեղահանումից հետո:«Արբանյակային պատկերների համեմատության միջոցով 2023 թվականի աշնանը, երբ ավելի քան 100 հազար էթնիկ հայ հեռացվեց իր հայրենիքից ավտոկրատ ադրբեջանական ռեժիմի կողմից: 2024 թվականի գարնանը CHW-ի վերջին զեկույցը ուշադրություն է հրավիրում պատմական դպրոցների, գերեզմանների և սրբավայրերի ավերման վրա, և բացահայտում է 29% աճ Արցախում (նաև հայտնի է որպես Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ) դասակարգված վայրերի աճ»,- նշված է զեկույցում:

Զեկույցը հաղորդում է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2024 թվականի գարնանային մոնիտորինգի շրջանը բացահայտել է ազդեցության ենթարկված վայրերի ամենամեծ քանակությունը 2021 թվականի գարնանից ի վեր, երբ կազմակերպությունը սկսել է մշակութային ժառանգության մոնիտորինգը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի 2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո։

«CHW-ի գլխավոր քննիչներ Յան Լինդսին, Ադամ Թ. Սմիթը և Լորի Խաչադուրյանն իրենց ամփոփման մեջ նշել են, որ հատուկ ուշադրություն են դարձրել ադրբեջանական գործունեությանը Քալբաջարի շրջանում և բլրի գագաթին գտնվող Շուշի քաղաքում, որոնք ռեժիմը (խմբ. նկատի է առնվում Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը) գրավել էր 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում»,- ասվում է զեկույցում։
