Ինչպես միշտ ասել ու շեշտել եմ՝ մեր իղձերը և երազանքները ավելի մեծ են, քան մեր ապրած տարիները։
 
Ես մաղթում եմ և հորդորում, որ ընթանաք ձեր իղձերի և երազանքների հետևից, ընթանաք սիրո ճանապարհով, ճշմարտության ճանապարհով, արդարության ճանապարհով, ձեր մտքից երբեք չհեռացնեք Հայրենիքին և Աստծուն ծառայելու մեծ կոչումը, որ ունի յուրաքանչյուր մարդ։
 
Դուք մեր պետության, Հայրենիքի արժանավոր քաղաքացիներն եք, նվիրյալ անձինք, ովքեր պատանեկան շրջանից անցում են կատարում դեպի հասունության շրջան՝ նոր մարտահրավերներով և նոր փորձություններով լեցուն։
 
Աղոթում եմ, որպեսզի կարողանաք ոչ թե շրջանցել այդ մարտահրավերները և փորձությունները, այլ հաղթահարեք այն։ Հաղթահարեք՝ միայն և միայն ճշմարտությունը և արդարությունը ձեր սրտում և ձեր մտքում ունենալով։
