Ի պատասխան որոշ լրատվամիջոցներում տեղ գտած հրապարակումների, ըստ որոնց «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը «Իմ Քայլը» հիմնադրամին 50 և 20 միլիոն մասնաբաժիններով տրամադրած նվիրատվությունը կարող է կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր պարունակել հատկապես այն համատեքստում, որ Կառավարությունը համարվում է ԶՊՄԿ ՓԲԸ-ի շուրջ 22 տոկոսի բաժնետեր, հայտնում ենք հետևյալը՝

ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ոչ թե պարզապես նվիրատվություն է տրամադրել, այլ համատեղ կրթական ծրագիր է իրականացնում Իմ Քայլը հիմնադրամի հետ՝ ի թիվս հարյուրավոր այլ ծրագրերի՝ հարյուրավոր այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ։ «Իմ Քայլը» և «ԶՊՄԿ» հիմնադրամները 2023 թվականին ստորագրել են համագործակցության հուշագիր, որի

շրջանակում «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը 2023 թվականին «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի «Quanta» քվանտային և մեզոսկոպիկ ֆիզիկայի մագիստրոսական կրթական ծրագրին հատկացրել է 50 մլն, իսկ 2024 թվականի մարտին 20 միլիոն դրամի դրամաշնորհներ։ Գումարն ուղղվել է «Համահայկական գերազանցության կենտրոն» միջազգային գիտակրթական հիմնարկում դասավանդելու համար մասնագետներ հրավիրելու նպատակով։ Դասախոսները և փորձագետները հրավիրվել են այնպիսի համալասարններից, ինչպիսիք են MIT, Berkeley, University of California, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ԻՏՄՕ-ն և այլ:

«Quanta» ծրագրի նպատակն է պատրաստել բարձրորակ մասնագետներ, ովքեր կարող են զբաղվել ռազմաարդյունաբերության ոլորտի հիմնախնդիրներով՝ ապահովելով պետության անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև իրենց գիտելիքները ներդնել մասնավոր ընկերություններում, իրականացնել գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքներ և հիմնել ստարտափներ:

«ԶՊՄԿ» ԲՀ-ի պայմանագրերը 2023-ին կազմվել են մի դեպքում տնօրեն Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի, իսկ մյուս դեպքում տնօրեն Դավիթ Մկրտչյանի հետ։

«ԶՊՄԿ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը 2024 թվականին շարունակելու է գործունեությունը իր կանոնադրական նպատակներին համապատասխան, աջակցելու է բոլոր այն նախագծերին, որոն կարող են նպաստել մեր շահառուների՝ հետևաբար նաև Հայաստանի բարեկեցությանը։ Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հիմնադրամը կավելացնի ծրագրերի քանակը, աջակցության ծավալը և կընդլայնի ոլորտները։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը 2023 թվականին ամբողջական կամ մասնակի աջակցել է 537 ծրագրի ու կազմակերպությունների։ Աջակցությունների շահառուների թիվը գերազանցում է 100 հազարը։

Աջակցության են ստացել ինչպես անհատներ, այնպես էլ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, բարեգործական հիմնադրամներ, պետական ու համայնքային կառույցներ։ Հիմնադրամից աջակցություն ստացած ոլորտները բազմազան են՝ ռազմահարենասիրական, գիտակրթական, մշակութային, առողջապահական, սպորտային, սոցիալական և այլն։

Միայն բանակին և ռազմահայրենասիրական դաստիարակության ծրագրեր իրականացնող կազմակերպություններին «ԶՊՄԿ» ԲՀ-ն 2023 թվականին տրամադրել է ավելի քան 100 միլիոն, սպորտին՝ 535 միլիոն, տեղահանված արցախցիների աջակցության ծրագրերին՝ 165 միլիոն, մշակույթին 368 միլիոն։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ «ԶՊՄԿ» ԲՀ-ն 2023 թվականին իրականացրել է 7 միլիարդ 974 միլիոն 104 հազար 135 դրամի աջակցության ծրագրեր։
