ՎԶԵԲ Առևտրի խթանման ծրագրի շրջանակում, FCI-ի և ITFA-ի գործընկերությամբ, այսօր Երևանում կայացել է «Ֆակտորինգ, մատակարարման շղթայի ֆինանսավորում և թվայնացում EBRD TFP երկրներում» թեմայով պանելային քննարկումը: Դրան մասնակցել են ներկայացուցիչներ ՎԶԵԲ-ից, Մոնղոլիայի, Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի առևտրային բանկերից:

Կոնվերս Բանկի Ֆինանսական հաստատությունների և միջազգային բանկային հարաբերությունների վարչության պետ Նելլի Քոչարյանն իր խոսքում նշել է. «Թեև Հայաստանում ֆակտորինգային ֆինանսավորումը ներկայացված է բավականին վաղուց, դրանում ներգրավված են սակավաթիվ ֆինանսական հաստատություններ: Կոնվերս Բանկը դրանցից մեկն է. ներկայում մենք որոնում ենք լավագույն լուծումները և միջազգային փորձառությունը Հայաստանում ադապտացնելու, ֆակտորինգի պրոդուկտը բարելավելու և մեր հաճախորդներին առաջարկելու համար: Ֆակտորինգի նկատմամբ պահանջարկի աճի տեսանկյունից կարևորում ենք օրենսդրական դաշտի բարելավումը, պրոդուկտի ճանաչելիության բարձրացումը, ինչպես նաև շահագրգիռ բոլոր կողմերի համատեղ ջանքերով թվային հարթակի ստեղծումը ֆակտորինգի տրամադրման ողջ գործըթացը սպասարկելու նպատակով»:

Bank of Georgia-ի ներկայացուցիչ Փիքրիա Կեկլիան ներկայացրեց Վրաստանի փորձը՝ ֆակտորինգի հետագա զարգացման ու պրոդուկտի նկատմամբ պահանջարկի աճի տեսանկյունից կարևորելով ոլորտում ներգրավված կառույցների թվի ավելացումը:

Քննարկման ավարտին նշվեց, որ ներկայում ՎԶԵԲ-ը համապարփակ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում Հայաստանին ֆակտորինգի ֆինանսավորման ոլորտի զարգացման հարցում: Աջակցության միջոցառումները կընդլայնվեն՝ ներառելով նաև լոկալ ֆակտորինգի զարգացումը:
