Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն ապրիլի 28-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ մտահոգություն է հայտնել Գազայի հատվածում ռազմական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի (ՄՔԴ) դատախազների հետաքննության առնչությամբ, հաղորդում է Axios-ը՝ հղում անելով աղբյուրներին:

Ըստ նրանց՝ վարչապետը խնդրել է ԱՄՆ նախագահին թույլ չտալ իսրայելցի պաշտոնյաների ձերբակալության օրդերների արձակում:

Բանակցություններից հետո պաշտոնապես հաղորդվել է, որ Ջո Բայդենը և Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն քննարկել են պատանդներին ազատելու գործարքը, Գազայի հատվածին մարդասիրական օգնությունն ավելացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը և անկլավում հրադադարի ռեժիմը։ Սպիտակ տունը չի հաստատել ՄՔԴ հետաքննության քննարկման փաստը։

Ըստ Bloomberg-ի աղբյուրների՝ ԱՄՆ-ն անհանգստացած է, որ իսրայելցի պաշտոնյաների ձերբակալման հնարավոր հրամանը կվտանգի ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի հետ գործարքը: Իսրայելը կարող է հրաժարվել զինադադարից, եթե ՄՔԴ-ն իրեն մեղադրանք ներկայացնի, նշում են գործակալության զրուցակիցները։

G7 երկրները փորձում են իրենց մտահոգությունները փոխանցել դատարանների ներկայացուցիչներին, գրում է Bloomberg-ը։

Աղբյուրները հավելում են, որ ՄՔԴ-ն դիտարկում է ինչպես Իսրայելի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում՝ Նեթանյահուի, այնպես էլ պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի առաջնորդների ձերբակալության օրդերներ արձակելու հարցը: Միաժամանակ Սպիտակ տունը հայտարարել է, որ Գազայի հատվածում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների հետաքննությունը ՄՔԴ իրավասության մեջ չէ։
