ԱՄՆ զինուժն ավելի քան 80 անօդաչու և առնվազն 6 բալիստիկ հրթիռ է ոչնչացրել, որոնք արձակվել են Իսրայելի ուղղությամբ Իրանից և Եմենից։ Այս մասին կիրակի օրը հայտնել է ԱՄՆ կենտրոնական հրամանատարությունը (CENTCOM)։

«Ապրիլի 13-ին և ապրիլի 14-ի առավոտյան ԱՄՆ ԶՈՒ կենտրոնական հրամանատարության ուժերը, ԱՄՆ եվրոպական հրամանատարության էսկադրոնային ականակիրների աջակցությամբ, հաջողությամբ գրոհել և ոչնչացրել են ավելի քան 80 անօդաչու և առնվազն 6 բալիստիկ հրթիռ, որոնք պետք է հարվածեին Իսրայելին Իրանից և Եմենից»,- ասվում է հրամանատարության հայտարարության մեջ, որը հրապարակվել է  X-ի նրա էջում:

Ոչնչացված հրթիռների թվում է նաև մեկ արձակող կայանք և յոթ անօդաչու, որոնք գտնվում էին Եմենում՝ հութիների վերահսկողության տակ։ «CENTCOM-ը պատրաստ է նախկինի պես աջակցել Իսրայելի պաշտպանությանը, մենք  շարունակում ենք աշխատել մեր տարածաշրջանային գործընկերների հետ՝ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությունը բարձրացնելու համար»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
