ԱՄՆ-ից ՀՀ ներմուծված առաքանուց հայտնաբերվել է ավելի քան 500 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ կոկաին (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի, Արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության մաքսային սպասարկման և հսկողության վարչությունների ու ԱԱԾ տնտեսական անվտանգության  և Կոռուպցիայի Հակազդման գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները համատեղ, «Ապավեն Տերմինալ» ՓԲ ընկերության մաքսային հսկողության գոտում զննման են ենթարկել ԱՄՆ-ից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ուղարկված ծանրոցը:

Ներմուծված առաքանիում բացի հագուստից և կոշիկից՝ հայտնաբերվել է 1148 գրամ քաշով  փաթեթ, որի մեջ առկա է եղել պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով փաթեթավորված «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող սպիտակ զանգված: Այն ստուգվել է նյութի քիմիական բաղադրությունը պարզող դյուրակիր սարքի միջոցով, որի  էկրանին արտացոլվել է «կոկաինի հիդրոքլորիդ» գրառումը: Հայտնաբերված թմրանյութի շուկայական արժեքը կազմել է ավելի քան 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Հիշյալ դեպքով ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի և ԱԱԾ  տնտեսական անվտանգության  և կոռուպցիայի Հակազդման գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները համատեղ ձեռնարկել են անհետաձգելի օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, այդ թվում՝ «Վերահսկելի մատակարարում և գնում» օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումը: Այսպես,  «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի զանգվածները փոխարինվել են նմանատիպ զանգվածներով:  «Վերահսկելի մատակարարում և գնում» օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառման շրջանակում  հեռախոսազանգ է կատարվել առաքանու ստացման համար նշված հեռախոսահամարին և տեղեկացվել, որ ծանրոցն առաքվելու է։ Հեռախոսազանգին պատասխանած անձի վարքագիծը կասկած է հարուցել, ուստի որոշվել է պարզել, թե տվյալ հեռախոսահամարն ում կողմից է շահագործվում։

Պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ հեռախոսահամարը շահագործվում է մեկ այլ անձի` ոմն Հ.Փ.-ի կողմից։ Առաքանին ՊԵԿ և ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից հասցվել է նշանակման վայր, որը դարանակալվել է։ Այդ ընթացքում տվյալ տարածք է մոտեցել քաղաքացի  Հ․Փ․-ն, իսկ առաքանին ստանալու համար մոտեցել է Կ․Բ․-ն: Առաքանին ստանալուց անմիջապես  հետո, վերջինս, թմրամիջոցի մաքսանենգություն կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով,  ձերբակալվել է, իսկ մյուս քաղաքացին  դիմել է փախուստի։ Սակայն օպերատիվ փնտրողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում, նույն օրը Հ․Փ-ն հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքի Կոմիտասի պողոտայում գտնվող սրճարաններից մեկում, որտեղից ևս երկու անձի հետ ձերբակալվել ու տեղափոխվել է ՄԴՊ վարչություն։

Ըստ ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների՝ ձերբակալված բոլոր անձինք հնարավոր է ներգրավված լինեին թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության մեջ։

Ձերբակալված անձինք տեղափոխվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական

հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն,որտեղ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել են։

Քննիչի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ ձերբակալված անձանց բնակության հասցեներում խուզարկություն կատարելու թույլտվություն ստանալու համար և դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածներ։

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի միջնորդության հիման վրա ձերբակալված անձանցից 2-ը կալանավորվել են։
