«Պոլիտէկոնոմիա» հետազոտական ինստիտուտի տնտեսական մեկնաբան Արա Գալոյանը հոդված է հրապարակել Politeconomy.org կայքում, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Հասարակական հետաքրքրությունը ժողովրդագրության նկատմամբ բացատրելի է: Կորոնավիրուսի պատճառով բոլորին մահվան դեպքերի համեմատականի վերլուծությունն է հետաքրքրում: Ժողովրդագրական, հասարակական առողջապահության մասնագիտական վերլուծություն: Նման վերլուծություններ հավանաբար կհայտնվեն որոշ ժամանակ անց: Հիմա փոխարենը կան ժողովրդագրական չոր փաստ-թվեր: Թվեր, որոնք ավելի շատ հարցեր են ծնում, քան պատասխաններ: Օրինակ այն, որ 2020թ․ հունվար-մայիս ամիսներին (համավարակի ու արտակարգ դրության պարագային) գրանցված մահերի քանակը (11 547 դեպք) ավելի պակաս է, քան անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում (11 795): Բայց միաժամանակ այս տարվա մահացածների քանակն ավելին է, քան 2018-ի հունվար-մայիսին (11316 դեպք):

Ակնհայտ է, որ այս թվերն ինքնին պատասխան չեն: Բայց սրանք ժողովրդագրական միակ թվերը չեն, որ բացատրություն-պատասխանի չեն արժանանում:

Հասարակական ուշադրության չի արժանանում այն, որ երկրի մշտական բնակչության անկումը չի կանխվում: 2019թ․ հունվարի 1-ին մշտական բնակչության քանակը 2 մլն 963 հազար 200 մարդ էր: Այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ին այդ թիվը նվազել էր՝ 2 մլն 959 հազար 200 էր: Հնարավոր է՝ սա ինչ-որ բացատրություն ունենար, եթե երկրի մշտական բնակչության քանակի կրճատումը չշարունակվեր համավարակային 2020թ․-ին:

Ժողովրդագրական «ավանդության» համաձայն մեզ՝ մշտական բնակիչներիս, հաշվում են նաև ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ: Իսկ այդ օրը մեր քանակը 2 մլն 956 հազար 200 էր: Շարունակում ենք պակասել: Բայց շատ ավելի կարևոր է բնական հավելաճի ցուցանիշի անկման փաստը: Բնական հավելաճը երկրում գրանցված ծնունդների ու մահերի քանակի տարբերությունն է: Եթե ծնունդների քանակը գերազանցում է, ուրեմն երկիրը բնական հավելաճի ունի: 2017թ․ ծնունդների քանակը 33 հազար 700 էր: 2018-ին այն նվազեց՝ դառնալով 36 հազար 574: Անկումը 2019-ին էլ չկանխվեց՝ գրանցվեց 36 հազար 131 ծնունդ:

Ծնվածների քանակի նվազումը, բնականաբար, բացասական ազդեցություն թողեց ժողովրդագրության շատ տվյալների վրա: Բնական հավելաճը 2017թ․ 10 հազար 543 էր, 2018-ին ավելի փոքր թիվ արձանագրվեց՝ 10 հազար 823: Իսկ անցած տարի բնական հավելաճն առաջին անգամ նվազեց 10 հազարից՝ կազմելով 9 հազար 879: Նախկինում այս փաստը լուրջ քննարկում կծներ: Հիմա պարզապես չնկատելու տրվեց: Իսկ «չնկատելու» հետևանքը բացասական գործընթացների շարունակականությունն է:

2018-ից առաջ իշխանությունները մեզ 4 մլն-անոց Հայաստան էին խոստանում: 2018-ից հետո նորերն ավելի ճոխ էին խոստումների հարցում՝ 5 մլն խոստացան: Խոստումների աճի հետ ամիս-ամիս բնական հավելաճը կրճատվում էր: Իսկ դա իսկապես նկատելի է: 2018թ․ հունվար-մայիս ամիսներին բնական հավելաճը 2 հազար 128 էր: 2019-ին նույն ժամանակաշրջանում 2 հազարանոց ցուցանիշից անկումը նկատելի էր՝ 1 527: Այս տարվա ցուցանիշն ավելի նվազ է՝ 1 347: Որովհետև ամեն ամիս մեր երկրում ավելի քիչ երեխա է ծնվում, քան նախորդ ամսին: Այդ հարաճուն նվազումը կարելի է դիտել տարիների կտրվածքով: Բայց բերենք միայն այս տարվա ժողովրդագրական տվյալները: 2020թ․ հունվարին մեր երկրում ծնվել է 2 567 երեխա, փետրվարին՝ 2 434, մարտին՝ 2 288, ապրիլին՝ 2 156, մայիսին 2 102: Ծնունդների նվազման այս շարքն իսկապես անընդհատ է: Հավանաբար մեր երկրի բնակչության բնական շարժի այս պատճառով են իշխանությունները «մոռացել» 5 մլն-անոց խրոխտ խոստում-ծրագրերը»:
