Եվրոթերմ ընկերության պարտատոմսերը ցուցակվել են Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում

Երևան, մարտ 14- Եվրոթերմ ընկերության 500 մլն ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմսերը ցուցակվել են Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում՝ ներառվելով պարտատոմսերի հիմնական Abond ցուցակում: Դրանով գործարքները ռեզիդենտ և ոչ ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց հասանելի են մարտի 14-ից։ 

Եվրոթերմի պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխել է Կոնվերս Բանկը 28.11.2023 -15.01.2024թթ. ժամանակահատվածում:

Կոնվերս Բանկի ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Գրիգորի Զաքարյանն ասել է. «Հայաստանում կապիտալի շուկայի հետագա զարգացումն անհնար է, այդ թվում՝ առանց թողարկողների և թողարկումների քանակական և ծավալային աճի, առանց գործընթացում իրական հատվածի ընկերությունների ներառման:

Եվրոթերմի պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը արդյունավետ համագործակցություն էր ու Բանկի համար նոր հաջողված փորձառություն, ինչի շնորհիվ մեր գործընկեր Եվրոթերմ ընկերությունը հասանելիություն ստացավ ֆինանսների ներգրավման այլընտրանքային տարբերակի: Իսկ նախատեսվածից սեղմ ժամկետում պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման ավարտը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստեց իրական հատվածում գործող վստահելի ընկերությունների պարտատոմսերի նկատմամբ աճող պահանջարկի և  այս ոլորտում Կոնվերս Բանկի քայլերի արդյունավետության մասին:

Այսօր պարտատոմսերի թողարկման ու տեղաբաշխման հարցում  աջակցում ենք տարբեր փոքր և միջին ընկերությունների՝ նրանց համար ստեղծելով ֆինանսների ներգրավման  նոր, այլընտրանքային հնարավորություններ, իսկ հաճախորդներին ընձեռելով ներդրումների նոր հնարավորություններ»:

Եվրոթերմ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Վահե Ղազարյանի խոսքով ֆինանսավորման այլընտրանքային հնարավորությունների կիրառման մասին սկսել են մտածել վաղուց, սակայն պարտատոմսեր թողարկել են նախորդ տարի՝ շուկայի ու պոտենցիալ ներդրողների դրական տրամադրվածության պայմաններում: «Մեր ընկերության պարտատոմսերում մեծ թվով ֆիզիկական անձ ներդրողների առկայությունը վկայում է Եվրոթերմի նկատմամբ վստահության մասին: Այս տեղաբաշխման շնորհիվ ներգրավված միջոցները հիմնականում ուղղվել են ընկերության շրջանառու միջոցների համալրմանը: Չի բացառվում, որ հետագայում ունենանք ավելի մեծածավալ թողարկումներ կապիտալի համալրման կամ նոր բիզնեզ գաղափարների իրագործման համար»:

Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եգանյանի խոսքով, կապիտալի շուկայի զարգացումը բորսայի կարևորագույն առաքելություններից  է, և այդ ուղղությամբ բազմաթիվ նախագծեր են իրականացվում: Նա նշում է.  «Եվրոթերմի պարտատոմսերի ցուցակումը Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում նշանակալի քայլ է հայկական ներդրումային շուկայի զարգացման համար։ Հաշվի առնելով պարտատոմսերի հանդեպ աճող հետաքրքրությունը՝ մեր կարծիքով Եվրոթերմի պարտատոմսերի առևտուրը բորսայական հարթակում բավականին ակտիվ կլինի»:
