«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Բնապահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի նախկին ղեկավար Վիգեն Ավետիսյանն այս տարվա հուլիսի 13-ին ՀՀ վարչական դատարան է դիմել՝ ընդդեմ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության:

Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հունիսի 10-ին որոշում էր կայացրել եւ, «Տեսչական մարմինների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 8-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, Վիգեն Ավետիսյանին ազատել էր Բնապահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի պաշտոնից: Եվ, ահա, վերջինս դատական հայցով պահանջում է, որ դատարանը պարտադրի վարչապետին եւ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությանն այդ որոշումն անվավեր ճանաչել, իրեն նախկին պաշտոնին վերականգնել եւ հարկադիր պարապուրդի գումարը բռնագանձել: Այս գործը մակագրվել է ՀՀ վարչական դատարանի դատավոր Ալեքսանդր Հարությունյանին:

Նշենք, որ Վիգեն Ավետիսյանն այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր 2019 թվականի մայիսին: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն այդ ժամանակ գրել էր, որ Վիգեն Ավետիսյանը պատահական անձ չէ. նա ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության հնաբնակներից է, 2002 թվականից աշխատել է նախարարությունում` զբաղեցնելով տարբեր պատասխանատու պաշտոններ, եւ համարվել է բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար Արամ Հարությունյանի հավատարիմը»:
