2024 թ. մարզական տարին հաջողությամբ են մեկնարկել քիքբոքսինգի Սյունիքի մարզի սիրողական և պրոֆեսիոնալ ակումբի պատանի մարզիկները։ ՀՀ վաստակավոր մարզիչ Արա Սարգսյանի և քիքբոքսինգի Հայաստանի ֆեդերացիայի փոխնախագահ Վիկտոր Խաչատրյանի սաները փետրվարի 16-ից 18-ը մասնակցել են մարզաձևի Եվրոպայի գավաթի խաղարկությանը, որ կայացել է Խորվաթիայի Զագրեբ քաղաքում։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ներկայացնում էր միայն քիքբոքսինգի սյունիքյան ակումբը, որի սաները հանդես եկան քաշային վեց կարգում: Հեղինակավոր այդ մրցումներին մասնակցում էր մոտ 40 երկրի ներկայացուցիչ, ուստի ամեն մի նվաճված մեդալը շատ ավելի մեծ գին ուներ:

Կապանցի մարզիկները հուսախաբ չարեցին. Սերժ Պապյանը և Տիգրան Դավթյանը դարձել են հաղթողներ, Մարկ Միքայելյանը և Սամվել Արզումանյանը կանգնել են պատվո պատվանդանի երկրորդ հարթակին, իսկ Ռոման Գրիգորյանը, Արթուր Գրիգորյանը, Նարեկ Մեսրոպյանը, Տիգրան Մուշկամբարյանը և Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը դարձել են երրորդ մրցանակակիրներ։

Այս անգամ ևս կապանցի պատանի մարզիկները հաստատել են իրենց բարձր կարգը և նախադրյալներ ստեղծել հաջողությամբ հանդես գալու տարվա ընթացքում անցկացվող մյուս ներկայացուցչական մրցաշարերում։ Մեր մարզիկների պատասխանատու մրցմանը մասնակցությունը հովանավորել էր «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ֊ն (գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլիյ), իսկ ակումբի կողքին միշտ կանգնած է ձեռնարկության կայուն զարգացման տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Արա Սարգսյանը, հաջորդ պատասխանատու մրցումը՝ քիքբոքսինգի աշխարհի գավաթի խաղարկությունը, տեղի է ունենալու Վենետիկում մարտի 20-ից 24-ը: Ակումբի մարզիչները, սաները, նրանց ծնողները լիահույս են, որ այս անգամ ևս Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի ղեկավարության շնորհիվ հնարավորություն կունենան մասնակցելու աշխարհի գավաթի խաղարկությանը և բարձր պահելու ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այնպես էլ Սյունիքի պատիվը:

Փետրվարի 22-ին «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲ ընկերության կայուն զարգացման տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը հյուրընկալեց քիքբոքսինգի «Սյունիք» ակումբի սաներին, շնորհավորեց նրանց մեդալներ նվաճելու առթիվ և նոր հաջողություններ մաղթեց:
