«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրվա իշխանությունը պարբերաբար փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ զբաղված է կոռուպցիայի բացահայտմամբ, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարով: Ոմանք սա շոու են համարում, իսկ իշխանությունը պնդում է՝ երկրում արմատախիլ են արել համակարգային կոռուպցիան: Ի վերջո, կոռուպցիան այս տարիներին արմատախիլ արվե՞ց, կամ գոնե նվազեցի՞ն դրա ծավալները, թե՞ ոչ: Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը կարծում է, որ պայքարը կեղծ է, կոռուպցիան եղել է ու շարունակում է մնալ:

«Համակարգային կոռուպցիան Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չի նվազել, հակառակը՝ ավելացել է: Դրա մասին է վկայում Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի վերջին եզրակացությունը, նորը դեռևս չի հրապարակվել, երբ Հայաստանի պետական գնումների կեսը կատարվել է մեկ անձից, ինչը խստիվ արգելվում է օրենքով, և դա ինքնին կոռուպցիայի դրսևորում է: Կոռուպցիայի դրսևորում են դպրոցաշինության շատ ծրագրեր: Իմ ծննդավայր գյուղում երկու տարի առաջ շինարարությունը սկսել են, հետո շինարարին ասել են, որ այլևս չես կարող շարունակել, նոր մրցույթ պետք է հայտարարենք: Այսինքն, որտեղ սկսում են, կիսատ են թողնում: Ճանապարհաշինությունը նույնպես կիսատ են թողնում, և այդպես շարունակ: Կոռուպցիոն դրսևորում է մասնագիտական ցածր մակարդակով, պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի ընդհանրապես բացակայությամբ ծանոթներին պաշտոնների նշանակելը, դրանք բոլորը կոռուպցիայի ապացույցներ են»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Սարգսյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է վերջին՝ ամենաաղմկահարույց պատմությանը՝ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարին պաշտոնից ազատելուն ու քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելուն, ապա, ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, գործն ինքն իրենով կարելի է փուչիկ համարել, որովհետև այդ գումարը, որի մասին խոսում են, ամեն դեպքում պետբյուջեից դուրս չի գրվել: «Սա ակնհայտ է դարձնում, որ ևս մեկ շոու է»,-նշում է Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահը:

«Եթե նպատակ կար կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարելու, ապա նույն էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը անցած տարի խոսում էր Փոթիի նավահանգստում լաստանավերի ձեռքբերման մասին: Ի սկզբանե տրանսպորտային ոլորտի մասնագետները, տնտեսագետները ահազանգում էին՝ դա տնտեսապես ոչ ձեռնտու ծրագիր է, վատնումները, որ իրականացնում են բյուջեից, վաղը չեք կարողանալու փոխհատուցել: Հետո էկոնոմիկայի արդեն նախկին նախարարը հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ, որ բիզնեսն ուղղակի չկարողացավ օգտագործել այդ լաստանավերը: Բայց բիզնեսը հայտարարել էր, որ իրեն ցամաքային ճանապարհով ավելի ձեռնտու տարբերակներ են առաջարկում, ձեր լաստանավերը չենք օգտագործելու: Սա կոռուպցիա է, որի համար արժեր, որ մարդիկ դատվեն, այնինչ հիմա դատվում են այլ բանի համար»,-ամփոփում է Նաիրի Սարգսյանը:
