«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մի նոր «գյուտ» է արել: Սահմանադրության, ասֆալտի, կախիչ-ցնցուղի հարցերը լուծեց-պրծավ, անցավ խոր փիլիսոփայական հարցադրումների առ այն, թե ինչի համար գոյություն ունի... բանակը: Դե, հանճարեղ է, էլի, հո զոռո՞վ չէ: Ասում է, թե՝ բանակը այն բանի համար գոյություն ունի, որ պաշտպանի պետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, այլ ոչ թե պատմական արդարությունը վերականգնելու համար է բանակը:

Բացի այն, որ Փաշինյանի ասածն ակնհայտ մանիպուլ յատիվ բնույթ ունի, մասնավորապես «պատմական արդարության վերականգնումն» ու երկրի անվտանգությունը հակադրության մեջ դնելու առումով, ի լրումն՝ նրա արտահայտած «գաղափարը» խոցելի է ու կոնկրետ պարագայում անընդունելի-անընկալելի:

Սարկազմը դնենք մի կողմ ու ամենայն լրջությամբ դիտարկենք մեկ-երկու փաստացի հանգամանք: ՀՀ-ն ունի բանակ: Այդ բանակի «գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար» համարվում է ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը, բանակային ղեկավարությունը ենթարկվում է նրա, կամ նրա նշանակած նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի հրամաններին:

Թշնամին, օգտվելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած արկածախնդիր ու անպատասխանատու քաղաքականությունից, կարողացել է ոչ միայն զինված ագրեսիայի միջոցով ներթափանցել բուն ՀՀ տարածք, այլև ահա արդեն քանի տարի է, ինչ զավթած (օկուպացրած) է պահում ՀՀ տարածքի մի քանի հարյուր քառակուսի կիլոմետր: Ավելին, սպառնում է նոր հարձակումներով, հայտարարում է, որ ոչ էլ հետ է քաշվելու օկուպացրած ՀՀ տարածքներից:

Փաստացի, արդեն գրեթե 3 տարի է, ինչ խախտված է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ավելին, 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ից մինչև օրս թշնամին մի քանի անգամ նախահարձակ է եղել ու խախտել ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը:

Հիմա. ինչի՞ համար գոյություն ուներ և գոյություն ունի Փաշինյանի ենթակայության ներքո գտնվող բանակը. ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պաշտպանելո՞ւ, թե՞ ՀՀ խախտված տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, այն է՝ «պատմական արդարությունը» վերականգնելու:

Կարելի է նաև բազմաթիվ օրինակներ բերել թե՛ պատմությունից, թե՛ համաշխարհային ընթացիկ իրողություններից առ այն, թե ինչի՛ համար գոյություն ունի այս կամ այն պետության բանակը և ինչեր է անում: Ընդ որում, հենց նույն՝ «պատմական արդարության» ու երկրի անվտանգության կոնտեքստում: Կարելի է բազմաթիվ օրինակներ բերել, բայց Փաշինյանի նման վարչապետ ու նրա գլխավորած կառավարության նման իշխանություն ունենալու պարագայում ավելորդ է հարցադրումը, թե ինչի համար է բանակը, եթե տիրապետող է մտայնությունը, որ կարող է գոյություն ունենալ հայկական աշխարհ առանց Արցախի, եթե կարելի է հայրենիքի մի զգալի մասը, իսկ հետո՝ անընդհատ, կտոր-կտոր զիջել թշնամուն՝ իբր «խաղաղության» հասնելու «արդարացմամբ»: Ըստ այդմ, նույնիսկ արտերկրյա լրատվամիջոցներն ու փորձագետներն են հռետորական հարց բարձրացնում՝ իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ինչի՞ն է պետք բանակը: Իրականում վաղուց հասունացած է ոչ թե այդ, այլ բացարձակ այլ հարց, թե ինչի՞ համար է կամ մեր ինչի՞ն է պետք նման իշխանությունը, որ միայն աղետ ու կորուստ է բերում:
