«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս օրերին Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը, գրեթե միաժամանակ, համարյա նույնաբովանդակ կամ զուգահեռվող շեշտադրումներով խոսեցին... Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու մասին: Այս փաստն ինքնին այնքան խոսուն է, այն աստիճան ցցուն, որ նույնիսկ հավել յալ մեկնաբանություններն արդեն ավելորդ են թվում: Առավել ևս, որ այս օրերին բազմաթիվ մեկնաբաններ ու քաղաքական գործիչներ այդ մասին խոսեցին:

Թե՛ նրանց, թե՛ լրատվամիջոցների, այդ թվում՝ արտերկրյա, տիրապետող հետևությունը հետևյալն է՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու «ցեցը» Ալիևի պահանջն է, դա արվում է Ալիևի պահանջով: Դե, Թուրքիան էլ «դաբավկա»: Ի դեպ, եթե ուշադիր լինեք, կոնկրետ այս հարցի, այսինքն՝ պահանջի հետ կապված հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Փաշինյանը ուղղակի չի էլ հերքում, թեման «սարուձոր» է գցում վերջին հարցազրույցում:

Այսինքն, Հայաստանն այն օրին է հասել, որ թշնամի երկիրը կարող է պարտադրել փոխել մեր երկրի ներքին օրենսդրությունը: Այստեղ նույնիսկ «խաղ», որպես այդպիսին, չկա, ամեն ինչ արդեն արվում է բացեիբաց: Բայց արի ու տես, երեկ քպական «կարկառուններից» մեկը որոշել էր հերթական «կռուտիտներն» անել: Հատուկ չենք նշում, թե քպական հատկապես ո՛ր կարկառունն է այս անգամ փայլատակել, որովհետև նախ՝ նրանք բոլորը նույն «կարկառուններն» են՝ տարբեր կոստյումների մեջ, երկրորդ՝ ինչպես ասվում է... մի քիչ շատ կլինի իրենց համար:

Լավ, իսկ ի՞նչ է ասում կարկառունը: Թե բա՝ գիտե՜ք, Ալիևը հատուկ նման ցանկություններ է հայտնում, որ այդպիսով խափանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը: Կարկառունը գուցե ճիշտ լիներ մի քանի տարի առաջ: Ներկայի մասին նման հայտարարություն անելը պարզապես հիշեցնում է հանրահայտ անեկդոտային վիճակը, երբ տատը ասում է, թե երեխան հաստատ քաղաքական գործիչ կդառնա:

Իրականում նույն կարկառունի (կարկառունների) ղեկավարն այն վիճակին է հասցրել, որ թշնամական երկրի ղեկավարը ոչ թե ցանկություն է արտահայտում պարզապես, այլ պարտադրում է, իսկ իրենց քաղաքական ուժը, որը իշխանության ղեկին է, ենթարկվում է այդ պարտադրանքին: Այսքան բան...
