«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօր տեղի է ունենալու Առաջատար տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության, այսպես կոչված, հաշվետու համագումարը, որի ժամանակ նախատեսվում են նաև գործադիր մարմնի ու ղեկավարության նոր ընտրություններ:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ո՛չ համագումարը, ո՛չ էլ ընտրությունները, շատ մեղմ ասած, հանգիստ չեն անցնելու: Բանն այն է, որ ԱՏՁՄ-ում այսօր կա բավական ծանրակշիռ հատված, որը չափազանց դժգոհ է միության գործող ղեկավարությունից՝ համարելով, որ նախորդ տարին պարզապես ձախողված կարելի է համարել թե՛ միության, թե՛ ընդհանրապես ՏՏ ոլորտի համար: Միության անդամներից շատերը, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, վստահ են, որ Կարեն Վարդանյանից հետո միության նոր ղեկավարությունն ու գործադիր մարմինը որևէ արդյունք ցույց չեն տվել, և նրանց անհաջող գործունեության արդյունքում շատ լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացել՝ սկսած 2023-ին նոր բացված Արմաթ լաբորատորիաների աննախադեպ քիչ քանակից մինչև «Դիջիթեք», որը ևս համարվում է ձախողված:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, նաև լուրջ դժգոհություն կա միության գործող տնօրենից, որի գործունեությունը շատերը ԱՏՁՄ-ում գնահատում են «անատամ»՝ նշելով, որ նա չի կարողանում պաշտպանել ոլորտի շահերը և փորձում է հարմարվել իշխանությունների պայմաններին ու պահանջներին: Ավելին, խնդիրներ կան կատարողների առումով, քանի որ, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, թիմում հիմնականում սորոսական դրամաշնորհների վրա «մեծացածներ» են, որոնք սովոր չեն ինքնուրույն աշխատանքի:

Մի խոսքով, այսօր բավական թեժ մթնոլորտ է սպասվում ԱՏՁՄ համագումարում. ընդդիմացող մեծամասնությունը մեր տեղեկություններով փորձելու է ընտրությունների միջոցով հասնել այնպիսի գործադիր մարմնի ձևավորման, որ հնարավոր լինի միությանը վերադարձնել համակարգաստեղծ կառույցի համբավը, ինչպես ժամանակին էր:
