Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը հունվարի 30-ին չհայտարարված այց է իրականացրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի «Գավառի մանկատուն» ՊՈԱԿ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։

Պաշտպանին ուղեկցել են ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի կոնվենցիոն մանդատների ապահովման վարչության և Գեղարքունիքի մարզային ստորաբաժանման ներկայացուցիչները:

Այցի ընթացքում Անահիտ Մանասյանը շրջել է հաստատության տարածքով, ծանոթացել սաների առօրյային, կրթական ու զարգացման ծրագրերին, ուսումնասիրել մանկատան պայմանները, այդ թվում՝ խոհանոցը, ննջասենյակները, բուժկետը:

Առանձնազրույցներ են տեղի ունեցել հաստատության սաների և անձնակազմի հետ՝ նրանց իրավունքների ապահովման վիճակի առնչությամբ:

ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Նաիրա Խանդանյանը ներկայացրել է առաջնահերթ խնդիրներն ու սաների հետ աշխատանքների հետ կապված հարցեր:

Այցի ավարտին Պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն ու ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչները մանկատան ղեկավար կազմին ներկայացրել են արձանագրված խնդիրները և առաջարկել դրանց լուծման հնարավոր տարբերակներ:

Պաշտպանը նշել է, որ չափազանց կարևոր է երեխաների հետ իրականացնել համակարգված աշխատանք, մշակել ճիշտ մեթոդաբանություն և շարունակական աշխատանք իրականացնել անձնակազմի մասնագիտական հմտությունները կատարելագործելու ուղղությամբ: Անահիտ Մանասյանը շեշտել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի զարգացման և անվտանգ միջավայրի ապահովման հարցում առանցքային է անհատականացված, համախմբված, նվիրված և պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքը։
Չհայտարարված այցի արդյունքները կամփոփվեն և համապատասխան գրություններ կհասցեագրվեն իրավասու մարմիններին։
