Հայաստանում 2024 թվականի հունվարին գրանցվել է կենդանիների նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքի 3 դեպք. Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում հունվարի 26-ին «Թափառող շների խնդիրը Հայաստանում» թեմայով լսումների ժամանակ ասաց Հանրապետության փոխոստիկանապետ, գնդապետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը։

Ընդ որում, 2022 թվականին հայտնաբերվել է նման 19 դեպք, իսկ 2023 թվականին՝ 49։

«Ընդ որում, խոսքն այն դեպքերի մասին է, որոնցով արդեն քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել։ Այս հանցագործությունը կատարելու համար քրեական հետապնդման է ենթարկվել երեք քաղաքացի, իսկ 2023 թվականին՝ երկու քաղաքացի»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը։

2024 թվականի հունվարին կատարված հանցագործությունները դեռ բացահայտված չեն։ Այդուհանդերձ, ինչպես նշեց փոխոստիկանապետը, իրավապահ մարմինները ձեռնարկում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ջանքերը՝ հանցագործներին բացահայտելու համար։

Նշենք, որ իրականում նման դեպքերը բազմապատիկ են, սակայն ոստիկանությունը չի շտապում արձագանքել դրանց։
