«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

News.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետը բացատրել է, թե ինչու է Բաքուն ցանկանում խաղաղություն ստորագրել Երևանի հետ Մոսկվայում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի օգտին իրադարձությունների վրա ազդելու արևմտյան երկրների փորձերը սկսել են նյարդայնացնել Ադրբեջանին: Այդ մասին NEWS.ruին ասել է Եվրասիական ընկերության (Բեռլին) նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Ռարը։ Նրա խոսքով, և՛ Բաքուն, և՛ Մոսկվան տեսնում են, թե ինչպես է Արևմուտքը փորձում Հայաստանին դուրս բերել Մոսկվայի ազդեցությունից, և երկու կողմին էլ դա ձեռնտու չէ։

«Ադրբեջանը քաջ գիտակցում է, որ եթե ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանում իր կովկասյան հենակետը ստեղծի, ապա կլինեն մշտական խնդիրներ Ադրբեջանի հետ, մասնավորապես մարդու իրավունքների հարցերում։ Բացի այդ, Բաքուն տեսնում է, թե ինչպես է ՆԱՏՕ-ն փորձում իր շարքերը ներգրավել իր մյուս հարևանին՝ Վրաստանին, միաժամանակ գիտակցելով, որ ինքը չի պատրաստվում անդամակցել Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքին։ Այդ առումով Բաքվի համար կրկին ձեռնտու է, որ ռուսական ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում ավելի ուժեղ լինի, քան եվրոպական կամ ամերիկյան ազդեցությունը»,- ասել է Ռարը։ Նրա խոսքով, դրանում շահագրգռված է նաև Մոսկվան, որը ցանկանում է մնալ միակ միջնորդը նախկին խորհրդային երկու հանրապետությունների միջև հակամարտությունում։ Միաժամանակ քաղաքագետը խոստովանել է, որ կողմերը կարող են հաշտություն կնքել առանց «երաշխավորների»։ Նրա խոսքով, միջնորդներ գտնելը կարող է երկար տևել։

«Շատ ժամանակ կպահանջվի, այսպես կոչված, երաշխավորներին նախ բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ հրավիրելու, իսկ հետո նրանց տանելու ինչ-որ չեզոք քաղաք, որտեղ կստորագրվի այդ համաձայնագիրը։ Սակայն ժամանակը սպառվում է, շուտափույթ անհրաժեշտ է խաղաղության պայմանագիր»,- նշել է Ռարը: Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրում որևէ երաշխավոր նշելու կարիք չկա։ Տեղական հեռուստաալիքներին տված հարցազրույցում նա ընդգծել է, որ համաձայնագիրը կստորագրեն երկու ինքնիշխան պետությունները։

Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը հավելել է, որ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու համար արդեն իսկ ստեղծված են տարրական պայմաններ։ Իսկ եթե որոշ երկրներ ցանկանում են աջակցել այդ գործընթացին, ապա նրանց կողմից օգնությունը պետք չէ պարտադրել, ընդգծել է Ալիևը։
