«Պոլիտէկոնոմիա» հետազոտական ինստիտուտի տնտեսական մեկնաբան Արա Գալոյանը հոդված է հրապարակել Politeconomy.org կայքում, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Տնտեսության իրական հատվածի մասին պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունը հետաքրքիր ու հակասական տվյալներ է հրապարակել: Մայիս ամսվա համար նշվում է հետևյալը՝ 2019-ի մայիսի համեմատ արդյունաբերությունը կրճատվել է 3.9 տոկոսով: Սակայն 2020 հունվար-մայիսը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ 2.4 տոկոսանոց աճ ունի:

Մինչ արդյունաբերության աճի ցուցանիշները դիտարկելը նշենք, որ նույն ժամանակահատվածների հարաբերությամբ շինարարությունը կրճատվել է 23.4 տոկոսով: Սա անսպասելի ցուցանիշ չես համարի: Հիշեցնենք, որ գյուղատնտեսության մասին տվյալներ հրապարակվում են եռամսյակային պարբերականությամբ:

Վերադառնալով արդյունաբերության ոլորտին նշենք՝ աճն արձանագրվել է հանքագործական արդյունաբերության և բացահանքերի շահագործման հաշվին: Աճն անցած տարվա համեմատ 25.7 տոկոս է: Այն, որ համավարակի այս օրերին մեր հանքերը «կատաղի» շահագործվում են, ապացուցում են բոլոր տվյալները: Օրինակ, պղնձի խտանյութի արդյունահանումն անցած տարվա համեմատ աճել է 24.1 տոկոսով: Ցինկի խտանյութի արդյունահանումը՝ 30.9 տոկոս: Մոլիբդենի խտանյութի արդյունահանումը առասպելական աճ ունի՝ 70 տոկոս: Այս անզուսպ աճի շնորհիվ հանքարդյունաբերությունը մեր արդյունաբերության 20.1 տոկոս ծավալն ունի:

Արդյունաբերության հիմնական (60 տոկոս մասնաբաժինն ունեցող) հատվածը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ կրճատվել է 3.4 տոկոսով: Կրճատման համեստ ծավալն ապահովվել է մի քանի ուղղությունների հաշվին: Դրանք կարելի է անվանել «կորոնավիրուսային»: Որովհետև նկատելի աճ արձանագրվել է «հիմնական դեղագործական արտադրանքի և պատրաստուկների արտադրություն» ապրանքախմբում (17 տոկոս), «քիմիականի նյութերի և քիմիականի արտադրատեսակների արտադրությունում» (18.6 տոկոս): Նախորդ տարվա անկումից հետո աճ արձանագրվել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ոլորտում (2.3 տոկոս): Գազամատակարարման ոլորտի 8.5 տոկոսանոց աճը բացատրվում է ջեռուցման սեզոնի ձգձգմամբ և նրանով, որ Էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության մեջ աճել է ամենաթանկ (ջէկ-երում արտադրվող) էներգիայի մասնաբաժինը: Այս տարվա հունվար-մայիս ամիսներին արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիայի 50.4 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկնում ջէկ-երին: Հիդրոկայանների մասնաբաժինը 25.3 տոկոս է: Մեր ատոմակայանում արտադրվել է հոսանքի 23.8 տոկոսը:

Վերարտադրվող ռեսուրսների հաշվին արտադրվել է ընդամենը կես տոկոսը: Խոսքն այս պարագային հողմային և արեգակնային կայանների արտադրանքի մասին է: Որքան էլ բոլորս՝ իշխանություններից մինչև կանաչներ, խոսենք դրանք զարգացնելու կարևորության մասին՝ պատկերը սա է: Արտադրության թվերն ամենևին համադրելի չեն: 2020թ․ հունվար-մայիսին մեր երկրում արտադրվել է 3 մլրդ 241.1 մլն կՎտ.ժամ: Դրանից արեգակնահողմնայինի բաժինը 8.1 մլն կՎտ.ժամ է: Արդյունաբերության մյուս մասը՝ «ջրամատակարարում, կոյուղի, թափոնների կառավարում և վերամշակում» անվանվող ոլորտի ռեցեսիան 21.7 տոկոս է: Բնականաբար, համավարակի օրերին իշխանություններն իրենց թույլ են տվել «խնայել» թափոնների հավաքման, մշակման, ոչնչացման, վնասազերծման (այս անունը պաշտոնական է) ոլորտում: 2019թ․ հունվար-մայիսին այդ նպատակի համար մոտ 2.9 մլրդ դրամ է հատկացվել, իսկ այս տարի՝ մոտ 784 մլն դրամ: Կրճատումը պաշտոնապես 73 տոկոս է:
