Երկու զինծառայողի կորուստ մեկ օրում

Տարվա 10-րդ օրը Հայաստանի զինված ուժերում արդեն մեկ օրում զինծառայողի մահվան երկու դեպք է գրանցվել։ Երեկ ժամը 11-ի սահմաններում պաշտպնության նախարարի զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասում հայտնաբերվել է ավագ լեյտենանտ Միքայել Դանիելյանի դին՝ հրազենային վնասվածքով։ Վաղ առավոտյան էլ հաղորդվել էր, որ մարտական դիրքում հայտնաբերվել է պայմանագրային զինծառայող Կարեն Կարապետյանի դին, այդ գործով ձերբակալվել է ժամկետային զինծառայողը։

Հայկական բանակում հրազենի կիրառմամբ ողբերգական դեպքերի պակաս երբեք էլ չի զգացվել։ Ցանկացած զինծառայողի մահվան դեպք էլ չափազանց մեծ կորուստ է և յուրաքանչյուր անգամ պաշտպանության նախարարությունն ու իրավապահ մարմինները սովորաբար բավարարվում են հաղորդագրություններ տարածելով, շատ դեպքերում էլ հանրությունը չի տեղեկանում դեպքերի լիակատար բացահայտման մասին, ինչն անվստահության լուրջ մթնոլորտ է ձևավորում հայկական բանակի շուրջ, հատկապես 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո նման դեպքերն առավել քան ողբերգական և ցավալի են դառնում։

Հայկական բանակն առանց այն էլ դեռ չի կարողացել վերականգնել իր մարտունակությունը և յուրաքանչյուր զինվորի մահվան դեպք իսկապես լրջագույն խնդիր է։ Լրջագույն խնդիր է նաև բացահայտումների առումով, իհարկե, գործող իշխանություններն այստեղ հսկայական անելիք ունեն և առաջին հերթին պետք է ջանքեր գործադրեն բանակում կարգապահությունը պատշաճ մակարդակի վրա բարձրացնելու համար, ինչը կդառնա ողբերգական դեպքերի կանխարգելման իրական հնարավորություն։

Տարեցտարի բացառապես խոսակցությունների և քննարկումների մակարդակում է մնում ողբերգական դեպքերի բացահայտումների պահանջը, բայց իրավիճակը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է խորանում, իսկ բանակում, ինչպես և հասարակության մեջ առկա արատավոր դրսևորումների դեմ իրական պայքար այդպես էլ չի նկատվում։
