Փաշինյանը պատրաստություններ է տեսնում՝ արտահերթ անելու համար

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» առայժմ որոշել են առկախել արտահերթ ընտրությունների թեման, գոնե մինչև ամառ։ Պատճառն այն է, որ Փաշինյանը սկսել է հասկանալ, որ առանձնապես չունի համապատասխան լուրջ կառույցներ և պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք կարող են լիարժեք ապահովել իր հաղթանակն արտահերթ ընտրություններում։ Հատկապես ծանր է իրավիճակը մարզային կառույցներում, որոնց մեծ մասը դեռ վերջնականապես ձևավորված չէ, ուստի և առնվազն տոներից հետո գործող իշխանություններն ավելի են ակտիվացնելու մարզային աշխատանքները։ Համենայնդեպս յուրաքանչյուր նախարարի վրա դրված է որևէ մարզի «շեֆությունը», իսկ ընդհանուր համակարգումն իրականացնելու է պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։ Վերջինս թեև Փաշինյանի մոտ իր լիակատար վստահությունը կորցրել էր համաժողովի արդյունքները կեղծելուց հետո, սակայն այլ ավելի հարմար թեկնածու չկա, որի վրա կարող են դնել կարևորագույն այս գործը։

Ի դեպ, Փաշինյանն առնվազն մտադիր է մի քանի նախարարների տուն ճանապարհել։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս պահին հարվածի տակ են առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը, շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանն ու էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը։

Փաշինյանը նաև ցանկանում է հրաժարվել գործող փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի ծառայություններից՝ վերջինիս համարելով ավելի շատ ռուսական ազդեցության տակ գործող գործիչ։

Բացի այդ Փաշինյանն այս օրերին տենդագին բանակցությունների մեջ է տարբեր արևմտամետ գործիչների հետ, փորձում է հասկանալ, թե ում կարող է նշանակել առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում։ Այդ պաշտոնը, հիշեցնենք, մի կարճ ժամանակ զբաղեցնում էր Արարատ Միրզոյանը, որից հետո որևէ մեկին չնշանակեցին, Սահմանադրությունը, սակայն, թույլ է տալիս ունենալ երեք փոխվարչապետ, որոնցից մեկը կարող է լինել առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնով։

Եվրամիության 2,6 միլիարդ եվրո դրամաշնորհի կառավարումը չեն ցանկանում վստահել Մհեր Գրիգորյանին։ Արևմուտքը դրա համար հատուկ արևմտամետ գործիչ է պահանջում։
