Եվրամիության հակառուսական հերթական քայլի մեջ Հայաստանին ներգրավելու, ինչպես նաև կանխելու դեպքն արժանացել է Մոսկվայի պատշաճ արձագանքին։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաներին աճպարարներ է անվանել, այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը հայտնվել են երրորդ երկրների ցանկում, որոնք պաշտպանել են այսպես ասած՝ «Մագնիտսկու եվրոպական ակտը»։ Հիշեցնենք, ԵՄ դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ժոզեպ Բորելի հայտարարության մեջ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի անունները հայտնվել էին, սակայն կարճ ժամանակ հետո հեռացվել, իսկ Հայայստանի ԱԳՆ-ից էլ հստակ արձանագրել էին, որ մեր երկիրը չի միանում այդ պատժամիջոցների ակտին։

Դեռևս երեկ նշել էինք, որ այս փաստը չափազանց ուշագրավ է, հատկապես արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտոր փոխելու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վերջին ջանքերի ֆոնին, Մոսկվան այս դրվագը գնահատելու է որպես դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների դրական օրինակ։

«Մենք տեսել ենք մի շարք երրորդ երկրների միանալու վերաբերյալ ԵՄ-ի կողմից հայտարարության որոշակի լրամշակման փաստ, ըստ դրա նրանք աջակցում էին ԵՄ-ի այսպես կոչված իրավամարդկային պատժամիջոցներին։ Դրա սկզբնական տարբերակում Հաաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը հայտնվեցին, հետո հրաշքով անհետացան։ Իհարկե այս հարցը պետք է ուղղել Բրյուսելյան աճպարարաներին, դա ինչ որ մոգություն է, փաստաթղթերի տարբերակների ձեռնածություն»,- ասել է Մարիա Զախարովան, նշել, որ Բրյուսելն իր հակառուսական սահմանափակումներին միջազգային իրավական նորմերին համապատասխանության տեքստ տալու համար, ջանացել է ներքաշել նաև երրորդ երկրներին, սակայն այդ միջոցները դատարկ և ոչ կառուցողական միջոցներ են։ Ավելին, ըստ Զախարովայի, Եվրամիության նախագահի նպատակն է ստիպել հարևաններին հետևել պատժամիջոցային հակառուսական ուղուն։ «Մենք տեսանք, որ հարևան մայրաքաղաքները չեն աջակցում նշված պատժամիջոցներին»,-ասել է Զախարովան։ Այս հանգամանքը, թերևս դրական ազդեցություն կունենա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ցանկալի վերբեռնման շրջանակներում։
