Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանն ու ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի գրասենյակի տնօրեն Ռեգինա Դե Դոմինիչիսը դեկտեմբերի 18-ին այց են իրականացրել Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի (ՀՕՖ) «Երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոն» հիմնադրամ:

Նպատակն էր ծանոթանալ կենտրոնում երեխաներին, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանվածներին տրամադրվող ծառայություններին: Այցին մասնակցել են նաև Հայաստանում ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Քրիսթինե Վայգանդը, Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի և Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները:

ՀՕՖ-ի Երեխաների պաշտպանության կենտրոնում բռնի տեղահանված երեխաների ծնողները հյուրերի հետ մասնակցել են նաև քննարկման, ներկայացրել են իրենց իրավունքների հետ կապված հարցեր:

Անահիտ Մանասյանը նշել է, որ բռնի տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների առնչությամբ Պաշտպանի հաստատությունն անընդհատ աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում: Այս համատեքստում Պաշտպանն ընդգծել է, որ առաջին իսկ օրվանից անձամբ է ակտիվ ներգրավվել այդ աշխատանքներում:

«Բռնի տեղահանված անձանց, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն իմ անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո է: Աշխատանքներում ներգրավվել եմ առաջին իսկ օրվանից. աշխատակազմի հետ այցելել եմ Գորիս, Կոռնիձոր և Վայք, աշխատել ենք նաև գիշերային ժամերին։ Այժմ էլ շարունակաբար այցեր ենք իրականացնում բռնի տեղահանված անձանց ժամանակավոր կացարաններ: Որպես Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան վստահեցնում եմ, որ անհատական մոտեցում է ցուցաբերվում յուրաքանչյուրի իրավունքների պատշաճ իրացմանը», - ասել է Անահիտ Մանասյանը:

Կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Միրա Անտոնյանի ուղեկցությամբ Պաշտպանն ու ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի պաշտոնյան շրջել են նաև հաստատության տարածքով և ծանոթացել երեխաների առօրյային: Ներկայացվել է նաև ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի աջակցությամբ և Եվրոպական միության ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող Բարնհաուս մոդելի կիրառման գործընթացը:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը, ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի գրասենյակի տնօրենը և Երեխաների պաշտպանության կենտրոնի ղեկավարը պայմանավորվել են երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ էլ ավելի խորացնել համագործակցությունը:
