SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ նոյեմբերի 17-ին Երևանում օրենքով գողերին միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի և ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողները հայտնաբերել են Mercedes մակնիշի 10 MO 010 համարանիշի և Toyota մակնիշի 11 OT 001 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները, որոնք տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։

Ոստիկանությունը կասկածներ ունի, որ նշված ավտոմեքենաներով են ժամանել «օրենքով գողերի» միջև տեղի ունեցած «ռազբորկային»։

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք «Փաստինֆո»-ից, նոյեմբերի 17-ին Երևանում «Օրենքով գողերի» միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձերբակալված «Արսեն Երևանսկին»՝ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը, ազատ է արձակվել, չի կալանավորվել։ Փաստաբան Հովսեփ Սարգսյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ Մկրտչյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու միջնորդություն չի ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից, իսկ Մկրտչյանին ձերբակալելու որոշման դեմ բողոք է ներկայացվել դատարան, որը բավարարվել է։ Դատարանը Մկրտչյանի ձերբակալությունը ոչ իրավաչափ է ճանաչել։ Փաստաբանի փոխանցմամբ՝ Մկրտչյանն իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել, քանի որ մեղք չի գործել, իսկ թե արդյո՞ք նրա մասնակցությամբ այլ գործողություններ իրականացվել են, «Օրենքով գողերը»՝ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը և կալանավորված «Վիտյա Թբիլիսկին» արդեն առերեսվել են, թե՝ ոչ, փաստաբանը բացասական պատասխանեց։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 17-ին՝ օրվա ցերեկային ժամերին՝ ժամը՝ 16,00-ի սահմաններում, Երևանի Դավիթ Բեկ փողոցի հարակից տարածքում «Օրենքով գողեր» «Արսեն Երևանսկու» և «Վիտյա Թբիլիսկիի» միջև վիճաբանություն է եղել, որին մասնակից են եղել նաև նրանց կողմնակիցները։ Վիճաբանության ժամանակ փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցվել, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցվել։ Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով։ Ձերբակալվել և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին էին ներկայացվել միջադեպի 12 մասնակից, այդ թվում՝ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը։ Նրանց նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (խմբի կազմում խուլիգանություն կատարելը)։
