Ազգային ժողովում երեկ բավականին թեժ է եղել։ Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը հայտնվել էր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության պատգամավորների թիրախի ներքո։ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատը զեկույց էր ներկայացրել, որտեղ մանրամասն նշել էր, թե ԲՏԱ նախարարությունը ձախողել է մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ, իսկ Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանի կողմից զեկույցը ներկայացնելուց հետո, ՔՊ-ականները ոհմակով հարձակվել էին նախարարի վրա։

Ինքը՝ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում չի նշել, թե ինչի հետ է կապված ՔՊ-ականների նման հարձակումը։ Բանն այն է, որ ԲՏԱ նախարարը չի կատարել Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությունը՝ Հայաստանում ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակումը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ։ Ավելին, օրրերս տեղի ունեցած համատեղ խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկել էին ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների խախտումների հարցը, իսկ հայկական կողմը հայտարարել էր, թե բանավոր արձանագրած խախտումների փաստը ռուսական կողմն ընդունել է։ Ռուսաստանի թվային զարգացման նախարարություն էլ հերքել էր այս տեղեկությունը, նշել, թե հայկական կողմը որևէ փաստագրական ապացույց չի ներկայացրել։ Ըստ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանի՝ ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակումը դադարեցնելու հարցը քննարկելը չափազանց սխալ կլինի։

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը զայրացել է Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանի այս ինքնիրավչությունից և մտադիր են հեռացնել թե՛ Խաչատրյանին, թե՛ այս հարցով զբաղվող նրա տեղակալ Ավետ Պողոսյանին, իսկ այդ պաշտոնին այլ, ավելի հնազանդ մեկին նշանակել։

ԲՏԱ գործող նախարարը, մեր տեղեկություններով, անգործ չի մնա, նրան մտադիր են տեղափոխել նախագահական նստավայր, նախկին ղեկավար Վահագն Խաչատրյանը ցանկանում է պաշտոն տալ Խաչատրյանին՝ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար։
