Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը՝ «լուծելով» Հայաստանի հարցերը, այժմ էլ անցել են հայկական սփյուռքին և այն երկրներին, որտեղ հայկական լոբբինգը բավականին լուրջ դիրքեր ունի։ Փաստացի Արևմտյան և Արևելայն հարևանները, որոնց նպատակն ամեն գնով Հայաստանը նվաստացնելն է, թուլացնելն ու վերջնականապես կործանելն է, հստակ հասկացել են, որ Հայաստանի ներսում առանձնապես խնդիրներ չունեն ո՛չ իշխանության, ոչ էլ ընդդիմության հետ և այժմ նրանց թիրախում Սփյուռքն է, որի մի հատվածը չափազանց կազմակերպված է և կարողանում է լուրջ քաղաքական ազդեցություն ունենալ հատկապես գերտերությունների վրա։ Ուստի բնավ զարմանալի չէ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանի հայտարարությունները, որոնք նա արել է երեկ Բաքվում՝ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում. «Բոլոր կողմերը պետք է ձգտեն խաղաղության և նորմալացման մթնոլորտ ստեղծեն, ցավոք Արևմուտքում հայկական Սփյուռքը շահագործում է հայ ժողովրդի ծանր պայմանները, փորձում է որոշ երկրների սադրել Ադրբեջանի դեմ, դրանով զբաղվելու փոխարեն ավելի լավ կլիներ էներգիա ծախսել, այնպիսի միջավայր ստեղծելու համար, որտեղ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը կարող է նորմալ հարաբերություններ հաստատել իր հարևանների հետ»,- ասել է Ֆիդանը։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն էլ երեկ անցել է Ֆրանսիայի քննադատությանը, նշել, թե Փարիզը փորձում է հայերից ավելի հայ լինել։ Խոսելով ՄԱԿ-ի կլիմայի հաջորդ տարվա գագաթնաժողով հյուրընկալելու մասին՝ Ալիևը պնդել է, թե հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունից հետո Արևմուտքի որոշ երկրներ անհիմն մեղադրանքներ են հնչեցնում Ադրբեջանի հասցեին. «Թեև միջազգային հանրությունը տեսնում է, որ անգամ Հայաստանն է հաշտվել այս իրողության հետ և գագաթնաժողովն Ադրբեջանում անցկացնելը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է դա, որոշ քաղաքական առաջնորդներ Ֆրանսիայում ուզում են հայերից ավելի հայ լինել»,- ասել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի աշխատակազմերի միջև բանակցությունների արդյունքում Հայաստանը համաձայնվել էր աջակցել կոնֆերանսն Ադրբեջանում անցկացնելու հայտին հանելով իր թեկնածությունը, դրա դիմաց Ադրբեջանն ազատ էր արձակել 32 հայ, Հայաստանը՝ 2 ադրբեջանցի ռազմագերիների։ Եվ միայն Ֆրանսիան էր, որը քննադատել էր գագաթնաժողովն Ադրբեջանում անցկացնելու որոշումը։
