«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անզեն աչքով էլ նկատելի էր, որ Ալավերդիում ոստիկանության ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ կյանքի կոչված իշխանազավթման աշխատանքները համակարգում էր քպական պատգամավոր Արեն Մկրտչյանը, որն անցյալ տարի տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններում պարտվել էր Արկադի Թամազյանին։ Ի դեպ, Արեն Մկրտչյանը չհերքեց էլ, որ ինքն է դիմել ոստիկանությանը, որ ապահովեն իր և իր թիմի անվտանգությունը...

Ալավերդի համայնքի ընտրողներից։ Խոսքը նույն Արեն Մկրտչյանի մասին է, որը ոստիկանական միջամտությամբ իրականացված իշխանազավթումից հետո խորհրդարանում խոսում էր ժողովրդավարությունից՝ «սարքովի» հարց ուղղելով ՏԿԵ նախարարին: Խոսքը նույն Արեն Մկրտչյանի մասին է, որը բազմիցս գլուխ է գովում որպես պատգամավոր Ալավերդիում կատարած աշխատանքների մասին, իսկ իրականում, երբ ծանոթանում ես լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումներին, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ նրա նախաձեռնությունները Ալավերդիում ընդամենը եղել են կարճաժամկետ «փուչիկներ»։

Օրինակ՝ 2019 թ. Մկրտչյանը մեծ ոգևորությամբ ավետում էր կարի ֆաբրիկայի հիմնումը, որը, սակայն, փակվել է ընդամենը մեկ ամիս անց։ Մի քանի տարի լինելով ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի գործկոմի անդամ՝ Արեն Մկրտչյանը խոստանում էր վերանորոգել Ալավերդու քաղաքային մարզադաշտը։ Իսկ ահա ընդամենը մի քանի ամսում Արկադի Թամազյանի կատարած բազմաթիվ աշխատանքների շարքում էր միջազգային չափանիշների խոտածածկի կառուցումը մարզադաշտում։

Հիմա էլ Արեն Մկրտչյանը փորձելու է «համակարգել» Ալավերդի համայնքի ղեկավար կարգված Դավիթ Ղումաշյանին, որի հետ, ըստ ալավերդցիների, նա ունի բավական վատ հարաբերություններ, և բացառված չէ, որ շուտով Ալավերդիում ականատես լինենք ներիշխանական բախումների։
