«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նոյեմբերի 9-ին Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրությունը ծանուցեց, որ «հայտնաբերվել է Գորիս քաղաքում հրազենի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու և խուլիգանական դրդումներով մեկ անձի թեթև մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու համար քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկվող Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը»: Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետի որդին նույն օրը ձերբակալվեց, իսկ նոյեմբերի 10-ին նրան կալանավորելու որոշում կայացվեց: Խափանման միջոցի՝ կալանքի որոշումը բողոքարկվել է վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարան, գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Մհեր Արղամանյանին: Դատարանը դեկտեմբերի 14-ին կհրապարակի իր որոշումը:

Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի պաշտպան, փաստաբան Վահագն Քեշիշյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է՝ ընդհանուր բողոքարկումների փուլում են, ներկայում ընթանում է նախաքննություն: «Նոյեմբերի 9-ից սկսած Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը և ես պահանջում ենք անհապաղ կատարել առերես հարցաքննություն այն մարդկանց հետ, որոնք մեր դեմ ցուցմունք են տվել, որպեսզի օգտվենք մեր հարցեր տալու իրավունքից, ինչը մեղադրյալի՝ Սահմանադրությամբ երաշխավորված իրավունք է հանդիսանում: Բայց թե՛ վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը, թե՛ դատախազությունը առհասարակ որևիցե գործողություն չեն կատարում այդ ուղղությամբ: Հաղորդում եմ ներկայացրել հանցագործության՝ լիազորությունների ակնհայտորեն չարաշահման մասին, այս պահին չունեմ տեղեկություններ՝ վարույթ նախաձեռնվե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ»,-ասում է Քեշիշյանը: Ընդգծում է՝ կոպիտ կերպով խախտում են Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի անմեղության կանխավարկածը, քանի որ, ի թիվս այլնի, նաև առերեսումներով է հաստատվելու անձի անմեղությունը: «Մոտեցումն, իմ կարծիքով, հետևյալն է. փորձում են անձին ապօրինի կալանքի տակ պահել այնքան, որքան դեռ կարող են:

Հակառակ դեպքում, հենց կատարվեց այն գործողությունը, որի մասին բարձրաձայնում ենք, Խաչատրյանի՝ կալանքի տակ գտնվելու հարցը կարժեզրկվի: Անընդհատ ասում էին՝ ինչո՞ւ է Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը թաքնվում: Նախ՝ նշեմ, որ նա չէր թաքնվում, այլ անվստահություն ուներ վարույթ իրականացնող մարմնի նկատմամբ, ինչը նաև հաստատվում է այս պահին իրենց պարտականությունները չկատարելու մասին վկայությամբ: Օրերս խոսել եմ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի հետ, ինձ ասել են, որ գործը մակագրվել է քննիչին, քննիչն էլ ասում է՝ սպասում ենք, թե դատախազությունը վերջնական ինչ որոշում կկայացնի, այդպես էլ կանենք: Հիմա ի՞նչ է ստացվում՝ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի գործը քննում է ոչ թե Քննչական կոմիտեն, այլ ինչ-որ մի անձ: Չեմ կարողանում բացահայտել, թե ով է այդ անձը: Ապօրինի մոտեցում է, ինչն էլ համեմվում է քրեական դատավարության նորմերի կոպիտ ոտնահարմամբ»,-եզրափակում է մեր զրուցակիցը:
