Ադրբեջանի «պատասխանը» «Խաղաղության օրակարգին». զոհ ունենք

Մոտ երկու շաբաթ առաջ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին է փոխանցել խաղաղության պայմանագրի 6-րդ տարբերակի առաջարկները։ Փոխարտգործնախարար Մնացական Սաֆարյանը երեկ լրագրողներին հայտնել է, թե՝ «Երևանի առաջարկներին Բաքուն դեռ չի պատասխանել, երբ պատասխանի այն ժամանակ կներկայացնեն պատասխանը»։

Բաքուն, սակայն, երեկ պատասխանել է յուրովի։ Նախ գիշերը սահմանին հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետևանքով մեկ զինծառայող է վիրավորվել, որի առողջական վիճակը կայուն ծանր է գնահատվում, իսկ արդեն երեկ ժամը 14։35-ի սահմաններում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը կրակ են բացել Վայոց ձորի Բարձրունու հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքի ուղղությամբ։

Հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում է ստացել սպա Գերասիմ Առաքելյանը։ Ըստ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի՝ սահմանին նման սադրանքներ իրականացնելով, ինչպես նաև տարբեր միջազգային դերակատարների բանակցությունները շարունակելու առաջարկները շարունակաբար մերժելով, ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձում է ձգձգել խաղաղության գործընթացը և այն մտցնել փակուղի։ «Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք ադրբեջանական կողմի նոր էսկալացիա հրահրելու, խաղաղության գործընթացը ձգձգելու և այն փակուղի մտցնելու նպատակ ունեցող այս գործողությունները»,- ասվում է Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ։

Փաստացի, Ադրբեջանն իր այս գործողություններով ակնհայտորեն բացատրում է հայկական կողմին, որ խորապես թքած ունի խաղաղության դարաշրջանի օրակարգի վրա, որը Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հետևողականորեն առաջ են մղում, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն հանդարտվում և շարունակում են այն առաջ տանել, թեպետ հրաշալի հասկանում են, թե դա ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Հայաստանի համար։

Ըստ էության Ադրբեջանը չի թուլացրել ո՛չ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը խլելու իր ցանկությունը և ո՛չ էլ Հայաստանի դեմ ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունը, իսկ հայկական կողմի թուլությունը և գործող իշխանությունների անողնաշար պահվածքն օգտագործում է նոր զիջումներ կորզելու նպատակով։
