ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է Լոռի Բերդ համայնքի Ագարակ բնակավայրի տարեց բնակչուհու սպանության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:

Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 14։40-ին¸ Լոռու մարզի Լոռի Բերդ համայնքի Ագարակ բնակավայրի 1-ին փողոցի տներից մեկում հայտնաբերվել էր նույն հասցեի 93-ամյա բնակչուհի Ա.Առաքելյանի դին՝ գլխի շրջանում առկա վնասվածքներով:

Քննությամբ տվյալներ էին ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ տարեց կնոջը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ է հասցրել նույն համայնքի բնակիչ, 24-ամյա Է.Ա.-ն:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող այլ հանգամանքներ ևս:

Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ՝ Է․ Ա․-ն ուշ երեկոյան նախ այցելել է նախկին ընկերուհու տուն, թակել լուսամուտը, այնուհետև տեսնելով, որ նկատել են իրեն, չբացահայտվելու նպատակով հեռացել է և գնացել հարևանությամբ գտնվող տարեց կնոջ տան բակ, կոտրել տուժողի տան պատուհանի ապակին և, խախտելով տանտիրուհու բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը, պատուհանով ապօրինի մուտք է գործել տուն:

Այնուհետև մոտեցել է անկողնում պառկած, անօգնական վիճակում գտնվող կնոջը և հասկանալով, որ վերջինս ճանաչել է իրեն, ապօրինի տուն մտնելու իր հանցագործությունը թաքցնելու նպատակով, կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, բռունցքով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել Ա․ Առաքելյանի գլխի և դեմքի շրջանին, որի հետևանքով կինը մահացել է:

Բացի այդ, քննությամբ նաև պարզվել է, որ նախքան կնոջ մահը վրա հասնելը, 24-ամյա երիտասարդը տուժողի նկատմամբ կատարել է սեռական բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ:

Ա.Առաքելյանին սպանելուց հետո երիտասարդը տանտիրուհուն պատկանող երկու բջջային հեռախոսները հափշտակել և հեռացել է։
