Մասնագետներն ուսումնասիրել են «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկայի 7-րդ դասարանի դասագիրքը և ձևակերպել միահամուռ տեսակետ, որը հաստատվել է «Մասնագիտական եզրակացություն» փաստաթղթով։ Տեղեկությունը հայտնում է «Բնօրրան պատմական հուշարձանների պահպանման հայկական ընկերություն» ՀԿ–ն։
 
«Քննության նյութ դարձնելով խնդրո առարկա դասագիրքը՝ գտնում ենք, որ այն չի բավարարում հանրակրթական դպրոց ներմուծելու անհրաժեշտ պայմանները։ Ուստի խնդրում ենք ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությանը կասեցնել դասագրքի կիրառումը կրթական գործում»,– ասված է հայտարարությունում։
 
Դասագիրքն ուսումնասիրած մասնագետները 7 սխալ են առանձնացրել.
 
Դասագրքի ստեղծման ընթացքում թույլ են տրվել ոչ ճիշտ հայեցակարգային ու համակարգային մոտեցումներ․ դասագիրքը, հատկապես պատմության առարկայի դասագիրքը, չի կարող գրվել մեկ անձի կողմից, այն պետք է պատրաստվի պատմական տարբեր ժամանակաշրջանների մասնագետների խումբը։
 
Դասագրքի տեքստում գերակայում են վարկածային մոտեցումները։ Պատմություն առարկայի դասավանդման ընթացքում պետք է բացառվեն չստուգված վարկածներն ու ենթադրությունները, բուն տեքստը պետք է հիմնված լինի անառարկելի փաստերի վրա։
 
Դասագրքի տեքստը չի անցել համապատասխան փորձագիտական ու մասնագիտական գրախոսության փուլերով, որի արդյունքում կբացառվեին սպրդած սխալների ու անճշտությունների զգալի մասը։
 
Դասագրքի տեքստում հանդիպում ենք անտեղի նեղ մասնագիտական ու ակադեմիական եզրույթների, որոնք զգալիորեն բարդացնում են աշակերտների մոտ նյութի մատուցումն ու ընկալումը՝ լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ ստեղծելով նաև ուսուցիչների համար։ Ակնհայտ է, որ հաշվի չեն առնվել աշակերտների կրթական ու տարիքային առանձնահատկությունները։
 
Դասագրքում մատուցվող կարևոր պատմական իրադարձությունների հանդեպ տեսանելի է ընդգծված մակերեսային մոտեցում, այնինչ առկա են նաև դրվագներ, որոնցում կան անհարկի մանրամասներ։
 
Դասագիրքը, որը կոչված պետք է լիներ պատշաճ կերպով ուսուցանել հայ ժողովրդի ծագումնաբանության, նրա կերտած պետականության, մշակութային ու հոգևոր ժառանգության հարուստ անցյալը, չի պատրաստվել հավուր պատշաճի, հենց այս կարևոր բովանդակային պահանջները բավարարելու համար (ավելի մանրամասն, տես՝ Հավելված):
 
Դասագիրք ներմուծված պատկերագրական նյութը ընտրվել է առանց որևէ հայեցակարգի և ակնհայտորեն կրել է կամայական բնույթ, տեքստում առկա QR կոդերը ճիշտ չեն մտածված, հաշվի առնված չեն աշակերտների տարիքային առանձնահատկությունները, բացակայում են դիդակտիկ նյութերի բացատրագրերը, բազմաթիվ ու ակնհայտ անճշտություններ կան քարտեզագրական նյութի մեջ։
 
Մասնագետները նաև տեխնիկական թերություններ են գտել` դասագիրքը կազմելիս չի իրականացվել կազմարարական պատշաճ աշխատանք, հրատարակության տառատեսակն ու լուսանկար-տեքստ համադրությունն անհամաչափ է՝ ի վնաս տեսողական նյութի, որն ուղղակի կորչում է՝ չհանդիսանալով լրացուցիչ տեղեկություն հաղորդող միջոց։ Որոշ հատվածներում տողերի խտացման հետևանքով բառերը ամբողջ տողում միմյանց կպած են։ Դասագրքում առկա են ոճաբանական ու սրբագրական բնույթի անճշտություններ։
 
Եզրակացությունը պատրաստած մասնագիտական խումբը, մերժելով հակագիտական ցանկացած դրսևորում, ցանկանում է հիմնահարցը պահել գիտական քննարկումների տիրույթում, բացառել անձնավորված քննադատության կամ հովանավորչության ցանկացած փորձ։ Նրանք մանկավարժ ու պատմաբան գործընկերներին կոչ են անում միանալ իրենց կարծիքներով և կառուցողական առաջարկություններով։
 
Եզրակացությունը ստորագրել են 19 մասնագետներ, որոնց մեծ մասը պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսորներ են։
 
Հիշեցնենք` տևական ժամանակ է՝ ակտիվ քննարկվում և մասնագիտական տարբեր շրջանակներում քննադատվում է պ․գ․թ․ Սմբատ Հովհաննիսյանի հեղինակած «Հայոց պատմության» 7-րդ դասարանի դասագիրքը։ Մասնագետները բազմաթիվ սխալներ են մատնանշում, որոնք վերաբերում են մասնավորապես Ուրարտուի ժամանակաշրջանին, որևէ տեղ հիշատակում չկա, որ Երևանի պատմությունը սկսվում է Էրեբունուց։ Նրանք կարծում են, որ հեղինակը նաև այնպիսի մտքեր է գրել, որ ջուր են լցնում թուրք ազգայնամոլական պատմագիտական մոդելի վրա։
