Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը նոր տեսակի կորոնավիրուսի (COVID-19) համավարակի հիմքով հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում աշխատում է 24-ժամյա աշխատանքային ռեժիմով։ Այս օրերին Պաշտպանին ուղղվող դիմումների, բողոքների ու հարցումների թիվը զգալիորեն գերազանցում է սովորական պայմաններում դիմումների ու բողոքների քանակը:

Մասնավորապես, մարտի 16-ից հունիսի 25-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ստացել է արտակարգ դրության առնչվող հարցերով 2249 բողոք։ 1720 դեպքով քաղաքացիներին տրվել է խորհրդատվություն։

Հասցեագրվող բողոքները մեծ մասամբ վերաբերում են․

1. 794 դիմում-բողոք՝ կորոնավիրուսի տնտեսական եւ սոցիալական հետեւանքների չեզոքացման ծրագրերի հիման վրա տրամադրվող սոցիալական աջակցության խնդիրներին (այդ թվում՝ համակարգից օգտվելու դժվարություններ, միջոցառումներից օգտվելու համար տվյալներ մուտքագրելու անհնարինություն եւ այլն),

2. 231 դիմում- բողոք՝ Հայաստան մուտք գործելուն կամ երկրից մեկնելուն,

3. 114 դիմում-բողոք՝ ֆինանսական դրությամբ պայմանավորված էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ջրի, գազի, կապի եւ հեռահաղորդակցության գծով վճարումներ կատարելու անհնարինությանը, այդ թվում՝ դադարեցված կոմունալ ծառայությունների վերականգնմանը,

4. 78 դիմում-բողոք՝ մեկուսացման կամ ինքնամեկուսացման պայմաններում ստեղծված խնդիրներին,

5. 57 դիմում-բողոք՝ կենսաթոշակառուների կենսաթոշակների վճարման ժամկետների ուշացումներին՝ պայմանավորված հաշվառման եւ փաստացի բնակության հասցեները տարբեր լինելու հետ,

6. 29 դիմում-բողոք՝ ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում նոր կորոնավիրուսի (COVID-19) վարակի կանխարգելման եւ տարածման դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում ազատությունից զրկված անձանց մոտ առկա առողջական խնդիրների կապակցությամբ բժշկական օգնության եւ սպասարկման ոչ պատշաճ կազմակերպման, պատիժը կրելուց վաղաժամկետ ազատման, ուղղիչ հիմնարկի տեսակը փոխելու, ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոփոխելու կամ վերացնելու վերաբերյալ,

7. 23 դիմում-բողոք՝ աշխատողների վարձատրության, արձակուրդի տրամադրման խնդիրներին եւ այլն:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն իրականացնում է նաեւ օրենսդրական ակտերի կատարելագործման աշխատանքներ:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը մշտական կապի մեջ է ՀՀ պարետի հետ, իսկ աշխատակազմն արդյունավետ աշխատում է պարետատան հետ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աջակցությունը ստանալու նպատակով կարող եք զանգահարել 116 հետախոսահամարով, իսկ ոչ աշխատանքային օրերին եւ ժամերին՝ 096-116-100 հեռախոսահամարով։
