Ավարտվել է Ա․Կարապետյանի կողմից հաղորդակցության առցանց հարթակների օգտագործմամբ, զանգվածային անկարգություններ կատարելուն, ինչպես նաև ատելություն, անհանդուրժողականություն և թշնամանք հրահրելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր հնչեցնելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում իրականացված քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի դիմաց տեղի ունեցած հավաքի առկայության պայմաններում, Ա. Կարապետյանը, քաղաքական հայացքներով պայմանավորված՝ անձի՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի նկատմամբ ատելություն, անհանդուրժողականություն և թշնամանք հրահրելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, իրեն պատկանող և իր կողմից կառավարվող «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի «Ani Karapetyan» անունով էջում, բոլորին հասանելի եղանակով կատարել է զանգվածային անկարգություններ կատարելուն, անհանդուրժողականություն հրահրելուն ուղղված կոչեր պարունակող գրառումներ, մասնավորապես՝ ««Առավոտյան Երևանի գլխավոր փողոցները հարկավոր է կաթվածահար անել: Տարբերակ՝ գիշերը պահեստավորեք մեքենաների անիվներ և դրանք վաղը կրակի տվեք կենտրոնական փողոցներում:

Նշված հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար Ա. Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 328-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:

Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել բացակայելու արգելքը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու նպատակով։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգովդատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
