Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինն այցելել է Գ.Վ. Պլեխանովի անվան ռուսական տնտեսագիտական ​​համալսարանի Երևանի մասնաճյուղ։
Միջոցառումը մեկնարկեց ՌՏՀ Երևանի մասնաճյուղում շրջայցով՝ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանի և մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Թամարա Վարդանյանի ուղեկցությամբ։ Հյուրերը ծանոթացան նյութատեխնիկական սարքավորումների հետ, իսկ «Հեռանկարային հետազոտությունների» լաբորատորիայում ՏՏ բաժնի վարիչ Անահիտ Մելքոնյանը ներկայացրեց արհեստական ​​բանականության ոլորտում ուսանողների գրանցած առաջընթացը։

«Ռուսաստան և Հայաստան. համագործակցության հեռանկարներ» թեմայով առանձին հանդիպում տեղի ունեցավ մասնաճյուղի ուսանողների և աշխատակիցների հետ, որի շրջանակներում դեսպանը մանրամասն նկարագրեց տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքական գործընթացները, անդրադարձավ անվտանգության խնդիրներին, տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի դերին, ինչպես նաև ներկայացրեց նոր աշխարհակարգի ձևավորման ուրվագծերը։

ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանը, անդրադառնալով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, նշեց. «Հայաստանի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները եղել են, կան և մնում են դաշնակցային, ակտիվ աշխատանք է տարվում Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի համար կարևոր մի շարք հարցերի լուծման ուղղությամբ»։ Սերգեյ Պավլովիչն ընդգծեց նաև նման անկեղծ հանդիպումների և անմիջական շփումների կարևորությունը, որոնք հնարավորություն կստեղծեն՝ լուծելու երկու կողմերին հուզող խնդիրները մեր երկու երկրների համար այս ցնցումային ժամանակներում։

Հանդիպմանը իրենց տեսլականը ներկայացրեցին դեսպանության առաջին քարտուղար Մարիա Կորոտինան, ով բարձր գնահատեց մասնաճյուղի ուսանողական խորհրդի գործունեությունը, մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կրթության ոլորտի պատվավոր աշխատակից, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու Թամարա Վարդանյանը, ով շնորհակալություն հայտնեց դեսպանին այցի և մասնաճյուղի գործունեության նկատմամբ ուշադրության համար։

Մասնաճյուղի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Ռազմիկովիչն իր խոսքում նշեց հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման կարևորությունը կրթության, մշակույթի, հասարակական և սոցիալական նախաձեռնությունների ոլորտում։

Հանդիպման ավարտին տեղի ունեցավ անկեղծ երկխոսություն, որի ընթացքում դեսպանը պատասխանեց մասնաճյուղի ռազմավարական զարգացմանը, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ներկա իրավիճակին և կրթության ու գիտության ոլորտում երկկողմ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարներին վերաբերող հարցերին:
